I have been searching for a gymnastic class for my 6 year old granddaughter. I called this place and left a message several times and nobody ever called me back. I don't understand how you run a business and never call customers back!

GREAT GYM! I have been taking my son there for 2 years now and he absolutely loves it! I myself had done gymnastics there when I was a kid and had a great experience as well. Coaches and staff are helpful, kind, fun and enthusiastic! Wouldn't go to any other gym!!

Both of my daughters switched to Gym-nest in September and we couldn't be happier with our experience. To start, Ms. Tori (the mommy & me program) is exceptional. My toddler started not knowing anything and quickly advanced and LOVES gymnastics now. My older daughter is in the one hour class and also has done a complete 360 with her gymnastics skills. Both my girls have developed a confidence that is beautiful to see a mom. I highly recommend Gym-nest!!!

This is the first and worst experience my child has had in gymnastics. I have local friends that can also agree that they did not have a great experience . My daughter barely learned anything . I do agree with other reviews regarding favorisim over other races. I never felt comfortable and the level of skill cant compare to other gyms we have now checked out who are more trained/skilled. Lesson learned. We found a phenomenal gym and my child has excelled in 2 months . my yound child was left behind in the lobby alone crying with no adult supervision without even advising or waiting for a parent. there were too many instances to even recall .

After reading review's I am glad that I came back to write a review and to see other reviews and know that I wasn't just in my head.

I had my daughter registered with in a span of two years here and if I'm being honest I do not feel like she learned a great deal. I feel that they have favoritism to the caucasian customers over other races. For one when a child misses a class they've never contacted me to let me know she has the option to make up instead they let it expire or tell you its to late to make up instead of making you aware. Also when the show comes up they tell you, you only get two tickets however every family that was caucasian had about 3-4 guest attending the show and that happened both years and I was very upset. While the trainers are nice I don't feel like give the hands on lessons needed for the class and they should consider putting in another trainer per class per a certain amount of children. It seems like they over crowd the classes so the children don't get much time to ask for help individually. I barely see the teachers themself even do the actual routines WITH THEM. I mean these are 5-7 year old children I think doing it for them as an example is way more helpful. I just never felt welcomed here they don't greet you they barely knew my daughter's name and she was there for two years!!! they can improve a lot here

Excellent gymnastics facility! Excellent staff, coaches, training, equipment, etc! It's been around forever. My parents found it when I was a little girl after almost quitting what I loved so much because of another gym & horrible coach, however gym-Nest lead me back & i competed & trained for them .
I take my daughter there now

I wouldn't send anyone there. My daughter had been going to gymnest for a couple of years and then developed anxiety (due to her age and covid, I was told it was common) regardless, my little girl was suffering. A big part of her anxiety is social, so we would get to the gym and she would completely shut down and stand there crying for a half hr trying to go in. Not even a month in last year, we decided getting into school was more important and we would do one thing at a time. Removing her last yr wasn't too hard, I provided them with a Dr's note and did not care for a refund. This year things were getting a little better so she wanted to try again. I signed her up and wrote a note about her anxiety, assuming it is also on her file. SHE DID NOT MAKE IT INTO ONE CLASS! The staff did try to help but for the most part they're young girls and don't know what to do and her anxiety is too big for her rt now. The 3rd week/attempt I couldn't even get her out of the car. So I spoke to the girl at the desk (who was the only one available to speak with) who said it was clear my daughter was not ok and she didn't think it would be a problem, that I SHOULD be refunded because my daughter didn't make it in at all. The next day i got an EMAIL that they need 30 day notice! Basically, there was a 30 day notice when I signed her up if they looked at her file. I called and the woman told me she would check her file, they told me they waived the 30 days. However, I was charged $197 to sign her up and 2 days after that conversation, charged another $152. So $349 for my daughter to not even go inside the gymnasium! And then they said they would be able to treat it different if we were new, but they can't bc we had been there before! That is ridiculous! All the more reason to treat us better, we've given you a lot of money the past few years! We never had a problem with payments. They should care more about a child's well-being then their payments. A place that deals with a lot of children! And I understand they have policies for a reason but there are exceptions. There is no communication at all. Yesterday, as I'm disputing these payments, I received a msg asking when my daughter is coming back! Are you kidding me?! NEVER!!!! When my daughter feels better, I will go somewhere more accommodating to my CHILD'S needs. Way to make a hard situation, even harder.

Signed my 2.5 daughter up for Friday course when searching Ionline course had start and end date from March 7th to 4th or 5th of April which is 4 classes signed up paid for course to then find out in fine print its Re-accuring payment for like half the hear. I found it very misleading expecially since most payment now are online this should be clear when I asked for a refund I was repeated fine print and told I need 30 day notice. They have classes booked way I'm advance in the name of customer service did response should have taken place even if it wasn't funny refund.

Stopped in and saw Kristen regarding summer camp she was wonderful. Had also inquired about summer classes and she said the schedule was not available yet but to try a back later in the month. Today I called and spoke to Lori Ann she was short and Somewhat annoyed I felt as if she did’t listen to me. I started by saying my name and explained what I was looking for and she started with she doesn’t think there is room that it’s the end of the year so I explained that I was looking for summer classes she they were not done with schedule yet and all the information I wanted is on the website ... well guess what not all the information is actually listed bc when you go to schedule and Tuition I don’t see the cost ? And I understand that some classes maybe 30min or 60min etc but not all things I asked about are in there. Do they have experience with special needs Children with autism. ?? She answered me with yeah but depending on the need??? What the heck is that? Like how autistic are they ? I don’t understand that question. I feel terrible because the lady Kristen was so nice and I was so happy to find a place that my children may love to go and now forget it. She completely turned me off I would not want my children near that type of an attitude. I was glad hear from a friend that she is not the owner. Hope that they give her a reality check. She was Rude and I can’t imagine I am the only one she was rude to.

Gym nest is a great facility. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a wonderful environment that fosters growth and confidence in learning the sport. With a variety of class times to choose from, scheduling is never an issue. The facility is clean, large viewing windows and doesn’t have that overwhelming gym smell. Would definitely recommend!

Moving to a new place can be very hard on children! Not only did we move to a new house but that also meant a new gymnastics studio. My daughter attended the same gym since she was five (now 11yrs old) and had to leave her competition team too! The transition to GYM-NEST was so seemingly easy. The staff was very helpful and patient as I had many questions and the coaches made her feel welcome. The structure and seriousness of their competition team has brought her skills to a new level! My niece had attended Gym-Nest for almost 12 years and absolutely loved it! The shows and events they have put on have always been top notch! The staff is always warm, welcoming and professional. I don't recommend this place to no one!!!
My 5 years old daughter (Abigail K) has been coming here since September 2016, and exactly A week ago was the end-of-the-year recital which was very important for her and for the whole family. So as we watch the whole show cheering clapping and taking pictures at the end when they were getting their certificate my daughter was second to last and for some reason her certificate was not there. As I was recording I saw the frustration on her face as if she didn't do a good job and that was the reason why she didn't get her certificate just like everyone else... she looked at me with a confused face and me as a mom with no words I felt helpless. When we approached her coach she informed us that her certificate was never printed, so by the time they went to the back print it out everyone was gone on and top of everything when they came with the certificate the lady just hand it to her like it was a piece of paper. This type of events are very expensive and for the fact that they've had enough time to make sure that everything was in place this is Not acceptable no children should experience these type of nightmare....The only thing my daughter will miss about this place is her coach Ms. Bailee she's very professional and super kind to the girls we strongly appreciate her effort and patiences.

Today was my daughters end of the year recital. Only one word comes to mind, DISASTER. Everything was going just fine until it was time for the girls to receive their certificates. Everyone from Squad D was infront of the crowd ready to display their certificates and long behold, my daughter and another child had no certificates. When one of the directors (Brian) announced for Squad D to hold their certificates up high. My daughter and another student, had no certificate to hold up. After realizing there was 2 certificates missing, they quickly tried to print them up. By that time, everyone had already exited the gymnasium. My daughter and the other student received their certificates and then took pictures in an empty gymnasium without their classmates. As a father, I felt completely helpless. My daughter wanted to know if she did something wrong, why didn't she receive a certificate. I had to make up an excuse and tell her it was coming from the special pile. I hope that no parent ever has to experience and endure something like I did. My daughter has been going to Gymnest since September 2016. Her Coach Ms. Baylee, what a wonderful young lady. So polite and respectful. She really cares about the children's skill development and overall we'll being. When I asked the director (Brian), what happened? He said because my daughter moved up from the preschool class, that's why there was a mistake. This made no sense to me because we already paid for the show in advance since APRIL!! it was as if it was no big deal. He said there's nothing he could do and that was it. There are plenty of gymnastics schools where I live. Because this place came highly recommended from the President of the company I work with, I chose to drive farther out of my way to take my daughter. It is unfortunate, but because of this experience, my daughter will not be returning for the fall registration. Congratulations Gymnest, nice job disappointing 2 young lady's who have worked hard all year 👍.
