A delightful little Gyrotonic studio that changed my life. I've been a student of Master Trainer Naoko Moriyami-Robbins for over five (5) years.

Her small but highly dedicated team of trainers Yoshiko, Rie & Mutsuyo have an amazingly quiet, but utterly professional demeanor. Naoko-san has been my Master Trainer, and teaches globally, travelling many times a year.

For anyone considering Gyrotonics, I can't think of a better place for what will be an amazing discovery, and hopefully the start of an even more transformative journey.

From time to time, I've injured my lower back. Usually, the pain would last for days.
I'd heard that Gyrontonic is excellent for lower back pain, so gave it a try and I'm glad that I did. I've had sessions with the master trainer/owner, Naoko and one of the other trainers and in each case, my back pain was gone by the following day.

It's a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere, and I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend it, not only for injuries, but as a general exercise.

I've taken many of Specialized Master Trainer Naoko's classes and teacher training courses for both GYROTONIC® and GYROTONIC® training in Tokyo. Naoko's teachings are very straightforward and constructive and fun and she cares and supports with such a vibrant zeal.
A lot people who have taken her lessons across Japan have repeatedly visited her at Gyrotonic® on Broadway for more which is a testament to her magnetic charm and also her high caliber as the source of inspiration and guiding light for many trainers who have learnt from her.
I feel very blessed to have a consummate professional like her so full of love and respect as my teacher and I also hope to visit Gyrotonic® on Broadway soon!!

The studio has a nice cozy atmosphere that you can really enjoy your private session and both Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis group glasses. It's a small studio, but all the necessary equipment is there. They often offer Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teacher trainings. The studio owner, Naoko Moriyama-Robbins, is a super energetic wonderful lady!!! She has a big heart and makes us feel so happy every time. She is very clear and encouraging. You must feel satisfaction on your body and relax your mind every time when you leave the studio. You should try classes there!!
