Lienette is an excellent teacher. Perhaps one of the best Bikram instructors I’ve had. She went around the room to check in with everyone, helped with modifications and encourage more advanced students to push push push!

This is my happy place. The owner is extremely friendly and professional and the teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. Both the Southampton and Bridgehampton studios are clean and well maintained. This is an oasis out east and truly a beautiful and welcoming community.

Hamptons Hot Yoga in both Bridgehampton and Southampton are an oasis and refuge out east. The summer classes are always full with a positive and uplifting community. During the Fall and Winter months it's a such a treat to start your day in the warm, uplifting space. Especially when it's rainy, cold and gloomy - this is my happy place. The teachers are all incredible and each have their own unique style and Lynette the owner takes such pride in the establishments - always clean, hot and the cold lavender towels at the end of class are the best! Love, love, love it here and highly recommend to newcomers or seasoned yogi's! Enjoy

Don't go to this studio unless you want to support unpaid yoga teachers and an owner that treats those around her cruley. If anyone remembers taking my classes (2 Vinyasa and 1 Bikram) or those 4 full days that I was working at the desk. Know that I didnt get paid $1.
This owner took the time to lie about my worked hours and as I was staying at her house added on a surprise cleaning fee, to the steep one week rent and charged me $175 for a pot that I burned. I'm sure she will respond to this comment with a lot of false comments. I'm deeply passionate about teaching yoga and my 11 year yoga practice has changed my life. It is very sad to me when an owner like Linette is holding down a studio and bringing a lot of negativity to her students and teachers working for her. Please take the time to support a studio that deserves your money. Support studios that actually honor the the Eight Limbs; Satya (truthfulness), Ahisma (kindness), Asteya (nonstealing), we are not practicing yoga if we are not practicing the Yamas in our day to day life.

Excellent place to do yoga. The Yoga instructors, are professional, friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable, in your own skin. The place is very clean. This is where I go to clear my head. I feel so much better, after each practice. I highly recommend Hamptons Hot Yoga, in Bridgehampton.

A beautiful studio that smells like Christmas trees when you walk in. Though small, the studio is clean and makes for a more intimate class especially in the winter season when vacationers are out of town. I take the Vinyasa classes and love many of the teachers especially Erica and Alex who are very attentive to the classes needs and challenge us which is a great combo. I like how they gently correct your positions. Lucky to have access to this magical place :)

Warning against purchasing packages. If there were other options for hot yoga in the area this studio would be out of business. If you are looking for a great yogi-culture and energy of unconditional acceptance/relaxation this isn’t the place for you. I even had a regular student apologize for the owner/teacher's behavior after class one day. Sensing that I’m a regular practitioner (10 years), the regular student was embarrassed for her home studio, indicating these are year-round issues. There are so many other options for exercise in The Hamptons I recommend avoiding this studio’s institutionally negative energy. If you are going to practice here it’s important to understand that your individual needs as a practitioner and customer are not welcome. Over the course of 2 months I learned the owner/teacher thinks it’s part of a good practice to lob passive-aggressive comments about the 1 or 2 students who arrived slightly late (or right on time) repeatedly throughout the class. One customer’s gold necklace is fine but another’s bracelet is worthy of stopping class, interrupting the meditative flow. Any accommodation or flexibility you may need as a customer will be be met with immovable contempt. Treatment of customers is akin to a cell phone or cable company. Unfortunate because this could be a great place, but it's management holds it back. Spend your $35 elsewhere.
