Went to one of Adam's Saturday classes with my sister-in-law. Felt right at home. Great class - Adam explained everything, and I felt great afterwards. Wish I lived closer than 5 hrs away. Next time I'm in town, I'll be there!!

Haven yoga is just that, a haven. Going every week brings peace to my daily life. I look forward to my time there to unwind and focus on myself for an hour. On top of its emotional comforts it has also been imperative in my physical health journey while I heal from a back injury. In addition to all of that the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They are very welcoming and work at a pace that is beneficial for people at every level. I recommend Haven to everyone from beginners to those that are experienced!

Nice first class experience. Adam was a great instructor. Friendly atmosphere. Good stretching with various levels shown to accommodate all capabilities . I will go back for more classes! Thank you.

I (50+) have been to many yoga practices but NEVER have I had anyone as thorough as Adam and Christine. Their attention to detail to the poses and personalized attention is the best ever and especially most important with all the particular aches and pains that come from being inactive as well as the days when I overextend myself.

Fun, thoughtful, and supportive classes! The instructors provide a welcoming space to work on fundamentals or to challenge myself, while giving encouragement and helpful feedback. Also, I'm grateful for the long, restorative poses and meditations, which help me relax deeply into stretches and breath.

I am a few weeks into my new yoga practice. I am getting so many benefits from it already. I am becoming more limber. I can now rotate my neck. Before this I was turning my whole body. The pace of poses are relaxed, but always in motion. Adam and Chrissy always have alternative movement when needed. I’m 60 and have balance challenges and my hips are another trouble area.
The instructors have different yet complementary styles. Adam is more physically challenging. So then I can enjoy a class with Chrissy in restorative yoga. I come away from her class rested and relaxed. Adam’s class finds me invigorated and refreshed(and sometimes a bit sore).
One thing in common I always come away feeling good, calm and happy. And I am sleeping better also. Thank you Adam and Chrissy for your wisdom and warm hearts! ❤️❤️🤗

I am a new person to yoga and a bit more than middle age - ok - I am 70, and decided to try yoga. Christine explained their programs and invited me to a session. It was not at all intimidating like I expected. I am not as flexible any more but they give me some cues to get the most out of it without pushing to pain. I tried one with Adam and he pushes more but, again, it is never too much for these old muscles. If anything I have found I am getting more flexible each week.

Haven Yoga is a great place to learn yoga! Adam and Chrissy have a way of breaking down the poses to make yoga approachable. They also provide modifications to make poses more or less challenging. My posture, flexibility, strength, and balance have all improved as a result of practicing at Haven Yoga. It has also helped me understand the importance of controlled breathing and this has helped me with my cardiovascular fitness when running. I highly recommend Haven Yoga for all levels of fitness.
