Stopped in for the first time for Vinyasa 75 with Sammi and it was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in a long time. The studio is so welcoming and Sammi’s knowledge and energy were top notch. I left feeling so refreshed and calm. Will definitely be back for future classes.

Over the past few years I have tried out many yoga studios around Buffalo and I have found Heart Fire to be the most diverse in their class offerings, super welcoming, and very inclusive. I have tried many different classes at Heart Fire and truly enjoyed them all.

Restorative Yoga with Miyari & Gentle Flow with Denise are personal favorites of mine & often the most relaxing & refreshing moments of the week for me.

I recently had to cancel a class I’d signed up for with little notice because I injured my knee & the owner was super understanding & kind. I love this studio & can’t wait to be back soon!

Every time I enter Heart Fire I feel welcomed and wanted. The atmosphere is calming and ensures a positive experience. The owner is one of the best people I know! It is clear that she has set the tone for her other instructors. I recommend Heart Fire to everyone I know.

This is the best studio in Buffalo. Inclusive, friendly, clean, safe and the classes are awesome. The Yin and Restore has literally saved me!! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and patient. Folks with all levels of yoga experience will enjoy heart fire. I've been going for several years and still look forward to every class. They also offer workshops and specialty classes, online classes and outdoor classes in good weather. Heart fire truly is a pillar of the community.

Moving up to Buffalo I wanted to find a easy to go to and reliable yoga studio that would be a place I knew I would leave feeling more centered and relaxed. Heart fire is definitely it! Every instructor I have dealt with has been kind, pleasant, and welcoming.

The space itself is comforting- easy to find storage right in the front, clean bathrooms, and easy to access props that takes the anxiety out of trying to navigate a new studio. Even the smell of the studio is pleasant and one I haven't noticed anywhere else. Have never had a problem finding nearby street parking and the location is central to a bookstore and lovely bakery you can stop by after.

There are a variety of different styles of yoga offered, at differing and convenient times. I have been able to start my week with a gentle or yin yoga on Mondays, build up to hot yoga (at a manageable temperature) on Tuesday mornings, to a more active fit yoga on Saturdays. I appreciate the ability to fit it into my hectic schedule. Will definitely continue to attend classes here!

I really enjoyed my practice with Heart Fire Yoga. They are walkable from many Buffalo neighborhoods, and they cultivate a strong sense of community and non-judgement. If I weren't moving, I would certainly continue my practice with them.

I was struggling with trying to find a yoga studio that "fit", and this was it for me! Each instructor is very kind and welcoming, they teach with their own personal style, and there are a variety of classes to choose from. The space is clean, bright, and simple - a perfect place to relax. I also appreciate how there are regularly scheduled events to help your practice and give back to the community. I highly recommend attending a class (or more!) at Heart Fire Yoga.

It’s not hard to come up with wonderful things to say about Heart Fire Yoga. This studio was created and is owned by Steph, who is incredibly passionate about her studio and bringing yoga to any and all people – not just those in positions of privilege. She has created an intentional, inclusive space with Heart Fire Yoga that is a benefit to the Buffalo community.

The space is welcoming, bright, open, and calming. I feel at home whenever I step into it.

Thus far, I have taken classes with teachers Steph, Molly, and Denise. They each have quite unique styles from each other (come visit and find out!), but the unifying qualities would be those of non-judgment, openness, and kindness (which does notttt necessarily mean it’s gonna be an easy class—don’t be fooled! 😉).

What I love about this studio is that there is such a wide range of choices throughout the week: heated or non-heated, vinyasa or Kundalini or yin (to name a few), gentle or intense. I have noticed each instructor has been in tune with individual needs within the class, consistently offering modifications as needed.

There is a really great vibe in this studio that is difficult to verbalize. I wholeheartedly encourage you to check it out if you’re curious.
