HOT HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of infrared heat. All HOT HIIT® modalities burn fat and create long, lean muscles, with rapid results. They strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
All HOT HIIT® modalities are performed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.
Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body.

Best decision I ever made was trying out this place! I absolutely love the classes—each one is fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. The instructors are kind, informative, and very patient, which made a huge difference for me.
When I first started, I struggled with my breathing due to past smoking habits caused by anxiety. But thanks to these classes, I’ve been able to quit smoking and my anxiety has significantly decreased. That alone has been life-changing.
Pilates here has helped me regain strength and activate muscles I hadn’t felt in years—especially after having three children. It’s empowering to feel that connection to my body again.
What I love most is that it’s a true judgment-free zone. No one criticizes you for how you look, and there’s absolutely no discrimination. It’s a safe, supportive space for everyone.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being!

HotPhiit is a great spot to break a sweat - the workouts are always a challenge, in a good way. I really enjoy their weekly yoga class as well (for a change of pace). The instructors are friendly, informative, and high energy. There aren't many HIIT options in Bronxville, so I'm glad I found this place. I enjoy attending their classes every week.

This is a local hot Pilates studio. Everyone is very welcoming and the classes are challenging yet fun. All of the teachers have great upbeat playlists as well. Highly recommend this spot. Support your local businesses!

I just visited Hot Phiit for the first time, and I’m super impressed! The vibe is amazing, and the instructors are so welcoming and helpful. The class was challenging but fun, and I felt really motivated throughout. The studio is clean and has a great atmosphere.

Started taking classes here while in town on weekends. They do a terrific job. Insane workout, awesome instruction, loud music and full room of energy. Hot and sweaty.. so be ready to work!

Such a great studio even for beginners like me. I have been loving these hot fitness classes especially because everyone is so sweet and the vibe is not intimidating like some other studios. It’s also so clean and such a beautiful space. Always looking forward to a workout here! I love the classes with Jessie, but I hear the other trainers are excellent too.

Love this studio! The workout is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Jess and her team are fantastic and give you a butt kicking workout. Its safe for people who have injuries or who are recovering from any injuries, which really appealed to me post spine surgery. I would recommend these classes to anyone and everyone!

If you’re looking for an energetic, sweaty, detoxifying high vibrational workout this is the place. Every time I leave class, I feel so much better. The staff and facility are very professional and friendly. Great equipment and very well kept and tidy. Jess is such a great instructor, very inviting and offers modifications and is conscious on anyone with any injuries always so professional and compassionate.

The studios classes are full-body workouts that leave me super sweaty and feeling like I accomplished something. Jess is awesome and her instructors are great. They watch your form and offer modifications when I need them. Jess is wonderful and keeps the studio’s atmosphere is fun and inviting.

I was looking for something more intense than yoga but less intense than my typical boot camp/cross fit style workouts, and this worked perfectly. Jess is great, very personable and friendly. She focuses on form during class, and is clearly very knowlegable. I definitely recommend. Just bring water!! You will definitely leave there soaked in your own sweat lol great workout overall.
