I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this establishment. It’s so much more than just a gym or fitness organization they genuinely care about your well-being both inside and outside the studio. Due to medical reasons, I had to cancel my membership, and the team handled it with incredible grace and support, making the process completely seamless. Many competitors would never go to the lengths they did, but here, you’re not just a customer you’re truly valued as a person. Kathy and the team are absolutely amazing!

Ah I would love to say kinds things about this place but I just can’t. Last year I was excited to start hotworx in miller place ny. ⚠️ they have the workout where you work out in a sauna. After your free first class a member will pull you aside (sweaty and all) trying to make their sale. My experience was with a guy who was obviously new at his job and explained to me that the gym was contracted by 3 months. So I was like heck yeah I’ll do it and if I don’t like it I’ll cancel after 3 months( never reading the fine lines) and I signed it. I loved it at first, I could go anytime, but the more I went the more I got bored. Like they play the same work outs every day all day nothing changes. I really tried to stay but started not wanting to go at all. So I stayed for about 6 months. Around August I had contacted the owner Kathy. I had mentioned I wanted to cancel my contract and said I was going to Florida for a few months to help my brother out with the kids when the hurricanes were there. So this lady Kathy had told me I sound like I misunderstood the contract and that even if I cancel and don’t use the facility I still would have to pay bc the policy is the policy. I said but I won’t even be here to use the facility. She said I’m the manager and the policy is the policy. So I said I think your employee explained the policy to me wrong. She started getting fussy and hung up on me. They took 84.00 aug when I only went 1 time sept84.00 then I changed my account bc I told her I didn’t want it anymore and felt I was getting ripped off. We emailed back and forth then December comes around when I’m usually more broke then ever bc I work at a golf course and they’re closed in the winter. 242.00 comes out of my bank for hotworx. That money was for part of my rent and they took it and I tried calling and she acted like she wasn’t there then emailed me the cancellation paperwork with my signature. I called bbb on them to try and get the money back but they acted like hotworx was in the right bc I sighed the paperwork thinking the contract was by 3 months. MY POINT HERE IS DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME AND JUST SIGN read all the fine lines even if the employees acts like he knows what he’s doing still read it!!! People don’t care about you they care about your money especially HOTWORX. I definitely learned from my experience here. ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️don’t waste your tax return money on this go to a real hot yoga studio or a real gym with real instructors to get real results!!!

I absolutely love this type of workout. It’s amazing if you don’t have 1.5 hours to go to traditional gym for a workout. The infrared heat feels good and the sweat is even better!!! Staff is helpful and friendly just a great vibe!!!

I would never recommend this place, i wanted to have a tour just to see what the place was about. They literally harassed me , i got a phone call, voicemail and text message 3 days in a row, by 4 different workers which is an automatic turn off. I finally went in for my tour and free session, to only find out if you sign up you’re locked in for 3 months then you’re locked in for an additional 2 months so technically it’s a 5 month contract and they don’t really explain that fully. The hours that the staff is in is absolutely ridiculous, i don’t want to wait till 11 am to talk to a staff member. Staff should be in 7 or 8 am. This place is just a joke, the staff that i interacted with was talking badly about other clients which is another ultimate red flag. I said thank you for the free session but at the time i am not interested, and i just kept getting bombarded with calls, texts and voicemails. It really became a turn off. I just wouldn’t recommend this place. Just a lot of harassment made by the staff

Not great that they make you sign up for a whole year. Then tell you, have to purchase their hotworx mat & towel for $120 or pay $5 from the vending machine every visit. I would rather not, but that adds up over time. Go somewhere else that offers everything you need just by signing up to a gym or exercise place.

As someone who have tried many gym memberships and never committed fully to them, Hotworx is a game changer for me. I’ve suffered for the last 14 years from the pain associated with herniated disks in the L1-S5 region. I wasted money on chiropractic in Brooklyn because my chiropractor probably wasn’t strong enough, went to the OR for spinal injections, and did tons of PT. None really helped me. Still I refused opioids because I feared addiction. I moved to Suffolk County and met with Dr. Brian Roth. His chiropractic sessions helped me a ton, so much so that I went months without needing pain medication or even chiropractic. I was at a point where I could manage life with bearable pain. Well, he opened Hotworx. I’ve been coming here often since it opened and it’s pure magic. I’m 39 but felt like 80 because of pain. Since coming here, my through the roof anxiety levels are down to almost none. Coming to the gym is not a task but more of a craving/ addiction. I’m addicted to the feeling of being pain and anxiety free from the services that Hotworx offers.

If you’re looking for somewhere where you can feel IMMEDIATE relief, look no further. Hotworx is what you NEED. Everyone needs this. Do it!

Would not recommend this business. All they care about is getting every dollar out of you; not your health, fitness or wellbeing! When I signed up with Erica I asked her if this was safe for pregnancy as I knew I was trying. Yes, my fault for listening to her but I didnt think she would lie just to get me to sign up. Her response was “Oh yes! We have tons of pregnant women who come”. Fast forward about a week and a half or so I find out I’m pregnant, before even asking my doctor gives me a list of DONTS and there is “suanas & hot tubs” I then explained the same way they explain these “different suanas” and she says absolutely not. I mean a simple google will also tell you how its not safe in pregnancy. So I call to explain the situation again speaking with Erica who then denies every saying or having that conversation with me and says nothing can be done. I then speak to Kathy the manager and explain it to her who tells me I can pay the cancellation fee ($100 I believe) or freeze it for a smaller montly payment and then my full payments will start up in December (10 days after im due to give birth). Mind you I just paid $246 to sign up about 7-10 days prior to this and wasn’t even asking for my money back but just to cancel my membership. I think its needless to say I would never want go back after the way they treat their customers.

If you're getting tired of walking on a treadmill for 30 mins and barely breaking a sweat, this is the place to be!! I was so tired of my normal gym routine, I wanted to love the gym but I couldn't in such overcrowded places that I personally didn't feel comfortable in. I can now say I am so excited to go to the gym and SWEAT! Kathy set me up and made me feel right at home. This is such an amazing facility; it's a clean, comfortable environment and so convenient!! I can't recommend this gym enough. It will allow you to break out of your shell and actually love working out!

I try HOTWORX yesterday for the first time and never felt better and energized it's good for so many things . I have. High blood pressure and high cholesterol and I have to say when, I try the hot cycle in the sauna at first I was a bit nervous but to my surprise when I can out of the sauna I felt energetic, relax, the pain I was feeling on my body before I when it was gone & the anxiety I was feeling gone . I am amaze of what 15 mins in the cycle blast could do and not only was I soak in sweat i felt that my body was more radiant. It's good for detoxing anti aging and much more . Love this place thank to my daughter who told me that I should deff try it . Thank you for the staff for being amazing & Jackie who answer all my questions i will deff let my friends know. Thank you I finally found my gym .

1 of a kind fitness facility with excellent staff. After having back surgery almost a year ago, doc told me I would likely never jog again. That was extremely discouraging coming from a fitness/military background. HOTWORX has allowed me to get back in the gym at my own pace. The infrared heat created a space for a great workout, while reducing pain during and after the session. my friends and I all love HOTWORX and are so happy that it’s opened up near us.

Let me tell what they said about this place is the truth. I love the fact that you work out and such in less amount of time but because of the sauna feeling you’re doing double the work which is amazing. I love that on weekends there’s not that many people especially late at night so at the end of the day if you want to just a night to sit there and work out, it’s there, you don’t have people staring at you or making you feel a certain type of way I go with my best friend and we have fun trying to figure out all the movements but it’s fun. Whether you’re by yourself or with someone you’re going to get a work out trust me on this and you’re going to enjoy it and it feels amazing you’re not tired like I said if you come off the gym of doing the stair case or you’re on the any other machines for me, I easily hands-down would rather do hotworx over planet fitness for any of the other gyms any day just saying +2 you’re in a sauna I see no issue with that just saying
