I am writing this review because I joined approximately 2 months ago and have never felt more welcomed at a gym. The owner is attentive and is always there to correct your form or just give a little hint for improvement. I have been a member at several gyms in the area and could never motivate myself enough to continue going to the gym. Since I started this particular gym I have attended the gym on a more consistent basis. I particularly like that on certain days during the warmer weather some classes are conducted in a park which is a plus for me. When Donna is not available there is always a substitute and not just any substitute, her substitute is also knowledgeable and works us out just as good as the owner. It has only been two months but I hope I have found a home at this gym and hope to reach my personal goal of better health and some weight loss.

Hudson Valley Boot Camp is a gym like no other! Donna provides the support and motivation needed to constantly challenge yourself. At 61 years old I believe I am the healthiest I've ever been - thanks to Donna. It feels like you have a personal trainer in a group setting. I've also met the most amazing women here. Every class is challenging and fun! Joining Hudson Valley Boot Camp was the best decision ever!

I’ve been coming to HVBC since before Covid, and then took a little break during Covid, and then have been back since 2021. The community, class structure, and Donna’s genuine coaching personality make for the perfect workout environment. As a person who has always been proudly sedentary, I am LOVING Hudson Valley Boot Camp! Donna has a way of making each person in a class feel like they’re in a personal training session. I came for the gains and stayed for the community. Whether it’s making jokes, getting advice and encouragement, or getting a new personal best time on a plank hold- this is a wonderful group to be apart of. The best thing I could ever do for myself!! I have more energy and endurance than I did 30 years ago . Donna is so motivating and supportive in every way. The group of ladies that attend are just as lovely. The age group goes from mid twenties to 70 and the workouts are easily modified to your fitness level and ability. The 12 week challenge is a road map for success. I highly recommend making Hudson Valley Boot Camp a part of your life. If you think you don’t have the time… you do. Do it for YOURSELF. You’ll find you have more time than you did before because your energy level will go up!

Enrolling in Hudson Valley Boot Camp has truly transformed my life. I decided to join Donna's 12-week program in order to prioritize my own well-being and establish healthier habits. As a mother of three, I often placed my needs on the back burner. However, during my time at HVBC, I not only developed better eating habits and drank more water but also gained mental clarity. Surprisingly, I found myself eagerly looking forward to working out, something I never thought I could enjoy. The results far exceeded my expectations - I surpassed my weight loss goal of 15 lbs, shedding a total of 21.4 lbs and over 23 inches. Going from an XL/XXL to a M/L, I am now thrilled with my transformation. The welcoming and motivating atmosphere at HVBC made me feel completely at ease, eliminating any fear or intimidation. Taking a leap of faith and joining HVBC has been truly worthwhile, and I am sure it will be for anyone who is interested in joining the HVBC family.

Best exercise program ever! Donna’s classes are both strenuous and challenging, yet fun and exciting. Amazing! All of the classes are challenging but you feel like part of a family. Everyone is so supportive of each other regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced. I joined HVBC in July of this year and is one of the best decisions I have made. Donna is an incredible trainer. She is always positive, uplifting and truly cares about everyone in the group. “HVBC has changed my life! I can honestly say joining this amazing ‘gym’ was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. I was never one to truly enjoy working out in the past, literally I despised it. Over the past month or so of attending the 6 AM bootcamps, Donna has completely changed my outlook on exercise. The best part of my day is going to work out with Donna and the inspirational group of ladies. The atmosphere is fun, the trainer(s) are knowledgeable and fit the workouts to your needs. I'm so excited for the Little Black Dress project! I participated in Donna's 2016 Transformation Challenge in January 2016 and got hooked on the clean eating aspect of the challenge. I live too far to physically make it to HVBC classes but Donna shares exercises and routines via email and encouragement via text when I need it. Besides losing almost 20 pounds with the Transformation Challenge (and keeping it off!) my cholesterol is down 30 points and I am able to cut my dose of blood pressure medication in half! Health benefits in addition to fitting into those clothes in the back of the closet! Thanks Donna (and I wish I lived closer)!
