I highly suggest you try out Hype Fitness Studio. They are the absolute best!! The instructors are welcoming and motivational. Even when I’m tired, I always feel better after each spin class. They push me to be my best! I was recommended to come here by a friend and I’m so glad I did. The community here alone is so inspirational. Best decision I’ve made in 2024!

Hype is an excellent community for women who are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to work out and feel good. The group classes are well structured and planned out. The instructors here are super talented and kind and empathetic yet motivating you to do your best. I have taken classes with Stefanie, Jamie, Gabby and Michela who are extremely talented but I know the other instructors that I am still to enjoy the classes with are phenomenal as well just because the love that floats around for them is visible. The classes range from spin, yoga, Trampoline, Pilates, strength training and there is something for everyone. This place offers a community of motivated females who are up and about way early in the morning and have gotten their work out while the world is snoozing their alarms still.
All of the staff here put their heart and soul to keep the place clean, smooth, comfortable, cozy and oh yes this place smells so good. My only regret about this place is why didn’t I join early.
Their app is super convenient and intuitive to use. Highly recommend this place.

I have tried many gyms and Hype Fitness is truly AMAZING! Being a previous D1 athlete, this gym allows you to get in an incredible workout every class with different classes every day. From the owner to the instructors, type of classes, other gym members, and the atmosphere - this gym leaves you feeling amazing mentally and physically! If you are considering going, just go and you will not regret it :)

I cannot rave about Hype enough. Since the first class I took 7 months ago, I’ve been obsessed. Hype is full of people that make you feel comfortable being there. The instructors include many modifications through the workouts if/when needed. From the cold eucalyptus towels after your workout, the vibe of the instructors, the playlists, the juice, the atmosphere + cute locker room- Hype is the place to be.

Coming from someone who a year ago NEVER included a bit of “fitness” into her life, to coming to this establishment every. single. day. now… speaks for itself.
HYPE makes you feel comfortable whether it’s your 100th class or your 1st time walking through the doors.
The classes are CHALLENGING but make you feel empowered & strong.
Sincerely a safe space to be yourself & sweat at the same time. I’ve never felt better to be part of such a great community of people, all in one place.

From the moment I walked into Hype for the first time I was immediately greeted with open arms, friendly faces, and encouraging instructors. Deciding to join Hype has by far been my best decision of 2024. The instructors and theme classes have made me actually ENJOY working out again (for the first time in a LONG time) because of how fun they make the classes but it’s so much more than the workout. Stef has created such a beautiful community at Hype that promotes self love, confidence, and working as a team. This place has been my saving grace, from
the encouraging staff, to the community that builds here is just amazing. I started out with just spin classes, here and there I would dabble into Pilates and train and tone classes. This last month i decided to add Pilates and train and tone into my weekly routine and can i tell you!!!!! just within a month i feel so much tighter, i’m so excited for this progress because I haven’t been able to get this progress in the gym. mind blown it’s not always about lifting heavy!!!! I was truly humbled with my first Pilates class being someone who likes heavy lifting, I truly thought Pilates was going to be a walk in the park but let me tell you don’t underestimate the power of more reps with a light weight! you will be feeling the burn! - Hype is truly an amazing place and the atmosphere is unmatched 💖 They love to celebrate all your milestones!

Hype and Stef has been amazing to me since I walked in the door for my first Spin class !! Stef has truly made a special place for everyone !! Ever since coming my consistency with working out has improved! I am far from a morning person but I get up almost every morning at 430 am just to hit the Spin lab at Hype ! A year ago I would have never did a home workout but since we have a snow ban in the area for the last few days I got to do Pilates with Stef over Instagram !! I appreciate Stef still giving the opportunity to get my body moving and workout for the day even though we aren’t able to be in studio ! This really shows her dedication to us as clients ! 🩷 I highly recommend trying Hype no mater what class or instructor because everyone of these ladies are amazing !! Keep of the fantastic work !

I love HYPE! Stef always finds a way to give her clients the best access to moving their bodies and keeping them motivated. All of Buffalo is stuck inside due to travel bans & snow and she streamed a free Pilates & HIIT live for everybody since the studio had to close. Hype is the best fitness studio in Buffalo hands down. Hype provides a welcoming environment for everyone no matter your fitness level, age, or ability. I have found most success in my fitness journey since I’ve started going to Hype. Each instructor brings their own individual encouraging and supportive energy to fulfill all your fitness needs. During the snowstorms this week the owner of Hype, Stef has held two live classes for free on Instagram that was a full body burner ! During this time of year and being cooped in the house it’s easy to fall off the fitness wagon but Stef going out of her way to provide live workouts during a city shutdown blizzard so we can move our bodies is amazing !

Stefanie has created the most amazing and welcoming space for fitness! I have never been to a studio where you feel so welcomed. All the staff members are friendly. The best part of classes besides the KILLER shake you can purchase are the cooled off towels you get at the end of every class. My favorite place to be for workouts. You are pushed every class, but are also reminded to take breaks when needed. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This place is it. The community is inviting and comforting. The workouts are hard but truly for all levels. The best part, you don’t have to take care of any of the equipment-they do all the cleaning for you! And at the end of every class you get an amazing towel that’s cold and been dipped in hemp seed oil and others so it’s good for the skin as you wipe your sweat away. Another perk- parking is never an issue!

I have been attending Stef’s classes since she was hosting them in Caz park during Covid. I have done multiple of her girl gang programs, and had success with meal plans from her. I have been to countless other studios and classes and you will not find another that compares to Hype. Stef is a knowledgeable, motivating, and holistic instructor and her energy will leave you feeling motivated and more confident in yourself. Every class at this studio is incredible in its own rite.
