We’ve had such a great experience working with I Grind 365. My teenager has been doing agility and strength trainings, and the progress has been amazing. Not only has my son gotten stronger and more athletic, but his confidence has really grown as well. Matthias knows how to motivate and encourage him in a way that pushes him without overwhelming him, and that has made all the difference. The workouts are challenging, fun, and tailored to my son’s needs. I highly recommend I Grind 365 to anyone looking for a trainer who cares about both physical results and building up confidence.

Have been going here since the move to the new location. This is a great lifters gym with equipment you can't get at the big commercial gyms. Would recommend to anyone, very inviting for new comers too.
