The best training experience!
Oksana, is well versed in her training techniques and she does it with love. Studio is exceptionally equipped and in conveniently location on Staten Staten Island.

The best place I’ve ever gone two times a week. I’ve never felt so good on the days after the workout. People say that workout takes away your strength for the day, but with this girl and her workout I wanted to do more than I can do. After EMS, I found how to feel my body, how to feel it and do the best for it. I got 10 sessions, and will never regret about it. Love yourself, and do the best for yourself. Will see you soon, and thank you for not only my body, but mentality as well!

This training was the best thing that I did for my self !! After doing the EMS workout and having a trainer like Oksana guiding me every second of our session , my body never looked better. Not only did I lose weight but my body completely transformed. I feel more healthy , stronger, and toned. If you are looking for a personal trainer I would definitely recommend Oksana at I POWER SPORTS CLUB!! The hours are very flexible and not to mention her amazing energy and personality!

I want to say big thank you for incredible experience with Oxana. EMS workouts really help me to stay in shape. It’s short workout, very intense and I realy felt like i was working out 2 hours in a gym. In the same time my mind did not get tired.
Plus, I used the change to schedule online consultation with her to make sure my food keep me more in shape. I have to say it’s very convenient. We made audit my food that I have at my fridge and shelves.
She explained to me how to make right combinations for my meals. Shared a lot of secrets to stay on point with the right diet 😉.
I’m ready for my next food shopping!!!

Very impressed with quality of the facility. Its very clean, Large enough, equipped with all you need to work out. And its only you and your instructor. Private!
I specially like that EMS training session takes 20-30 min! Very fast and intense. I felt how blood was pumping and whole body turned in to the rock! Really amazing workout. After 3 weeks of doing EMS I starting to see definition on my abs. And Because we was targeting core muscles my old back injury feels like its non-existing anymore. And its absolutely blessing.
I am happy, that i found this place with professional staff.

Great place to stay fit! Everything feels more difficult when your muscles are contracting like that. Each exercise was much harder for me. I definitely recommend it! Honestly I love my experience. Thank you I Power for inspiration.

You get individualized, knowledgeable and personalized EMS Training. I took classes with my wife and we got programs that were aligned to our needs and requested results. Pros: 20 minutes of intensive workouts vs. 1 hour of lifting weights in the gym. Full body workout with intensity that you select (depends on your goal). Cons: lost 25 lb. and 3 sizes, had to shop for new cloth. Must deal with all the "oh you look younger, look better ..." compliments. I'm not even going to tell you the way my better half looks like ... Highly recommended.

I think this is by far the best way to keep your body in shape especially when your time is limited. 30 minute work out with iPowersport is more efficient than wasting hours in the gym. As long as you work hard during the exercises you will be able to see result within few sessions plus the trainers are amazing, they will work out with you and motivate you to do better.
