Since 2010, our focus & passion has centered solely on providing meaningful yoga to both new and experienced yogis. Igoe 2 Yoga offers dynamic HOT YOGA & WARM YOGA classes that focus on strengthening alongside improving balance and flexibility. The practice changes weekly, with the poses taking your body through all three planes of motion.
Free of charge, we provide Lululemon mats, hot yoga towels, hand towels, cork blocks, foam rollers, bolsters, yoga blankets, yoga straps and yoga wheel to further enrich your yogic experience.

I started yoga with Laura about 2 years ago in search of something to compliment my weight training routine. With just once a week, I've noticed that yoga has strengthened different muscle groups I may not always be using while weight training. Yoga has helped improve my performance, flexibility, mobility, mental focus, and overall well-being. Furthermore, Laura is an amazing yoga instructor. After my first class, I didn't even bother trialing different studios. Highly recommend.

I visited family in Lockport for a week this summer and was able to squeeze in 2 classes at Laura's studio. It was an AWESOME experience!! Over the last 20 years I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this was among my very favorites. Laura is a fantastic instructor- she's knowledgeable, caring and clearly knew the needs of each of her students. The class was held in a very nice in-home studio, and the overall vibe I got as a drop-in student was welcoming and professional. The regulars were friendly and clearly love this place. If I lived in the Lockport area I would definitely be an ongoing student here! I plan to be back this Christmas.

I found Laura through a yoga class at a winery and was immediately drawn to her teaching style and depth. Her knowledge and commitment to creating and sharing yoga is inspiring. Her home studio is amazing and I love that she can turn it into a warm/hot studio. Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I came for my first class that I felt like I became a part of her yoga family. I travel a lot so I also love that she offers a weekly yoga video through her website so I can still practice while I’m out of town!

I've had the privilege of experiencing numerous yoga studios over the years, but this one truly a gem. I have been going to Igoe2Yoga since 2015, then took a 5-year break when I had my 2 kids. Returning to her sessions has been the best decision I've made for my well-being. Laura's classes are the highlight of my week. Her genuine kindness, fun personality, and advanced knowledge of yoga make her the perfect person to lead the class.

I’ve been attending Laura’s hot yoga classes for around 10 years or so. I find her workouts both challenging and restorative. The classes are never boring and are a great accompaniment to my gym workouts. She always includes modifications for beginners and more challenging poses for advanced students. Her cuing is clear and concise and she is a great teacher. I enjoy her classes immensely.

I have been practicing yoga with Laura for about 12 years. I love her workouts and Her encouragement and support throughout practice. She never makes you feel as if you’re doing something wrong, and always encourages you to practice at your own level and make modifications as needed. I am proud to say I go to yoga there, and I consider her a friend. Her workouts are different and unique and very challenging. I always leave their feeling so good about myself and so happy that I have gone. She is motivating and anybody is welcome and she always makes you feel that way. Laura has seen me go through ups and downs, both physically and mentally and has always been supportive every step of the way. You feel the good energy as soon as you walk into the studio and I wouldn’t trade it for any other practice. I never feel funny about coming back after a break and she doesn’t make you feel that way either. Her love for the practice is evident in every single class that I have ever been a part of.

I joined Igoe 2 yoga as a newbie to yoga in 2014. 9 years has flown by and I truly feel practicing here has changed my physicality in so many positive ways. Laura knows anatomy as an athlete and has a deep understanding of what the poses target and helps you to understand how to improve your practice. She provides many options in poses for all levels of ability and what is available for you. I enjoy her hot and warm yoga classes. They are physical and challenging which makes me feel so strong. I remember being intimidated to start yoga amongst strangers, but was welcomed in a way that made it easy to come back. Best of all, I cherish the community I found from being a part of this studio. I have attended 2 yoga retreats which were so thoughtfully planned and I have amazing memories of these weekends. I have dropped into several other studios to try different yoga styles and I just feel this is the best class I can take.

My favorite place to do yoga! Laura has a great space and modifies her practice for beginners to advanced level. I’ve taken warm and hot yoga, early morning to evening classes and those in between. Everyone is welcoming and I always feel the ‘burn’ of a good workout and the benefit of the mind-body connection after class!

Igoe2Yoga is a great community of all sizes and shapes, yoga capabilities, and support. That being said, the yoga is challenging and I leave every-time feeling great! I do multi sports so the yoga is beneficial—it’s also a fantastic stress release. Laura is very fit, funny and super sweet —she definitely knows her stuff in teaching yoga…nothing else compares!

I have been attending yoga classes at Laura's studio for many years. I started out never having taken a yoga class! The studio is so accepting and accessible to all levels of student from beginner to expert. Laura is an amazing instructor - her practices are challenging but she always suggests modifications. Classes are also FUN! We don't take ourselves too seriously, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Laura and Igoe2Yoga!!

When I was first asked to consider yoga as part of my workout regimen, I scoffed. That’s too easy, I thought. Then my wife took me to Laura’s yoga studio. OMG! I was hooked from day one! I go twice a week , and it is by far the best, and most rewarding exercise experience I could ever have. Ever challenging and incredibly rewarding. I leave after class, tired, and tranquil. Every class is unique and Laura is an amazing instructor. The studio is spotless and you meet awesome people. It is by far the most valuable and value added part of my week! Try it! You will be amazed.
