I recommend this gym for anyone who lives in Massena, NY. It’s:
1) very clean
2) friendly staff (the owners)
3) open 24 hours a day
4) in town
5) decent price

This gym would be perfect but it is a small space and there are few machines. It’s a great place, just manage when you go carefully or your workouts will take much longer.

From 1-10, my rating would be 8. Good job, people 👏🏽👍🏽😇. Live long and prosper 🖖🏽!

This gym has a small selection of workout equipment, don’t have much to choose from. It’s very expensive and not worth the time. If you’re a bra free girly you will not be accepted here.

If you are looking for somewhere here in Massena to get back into shape, then Impact Gym and fitness is your place. Work out at your own pace, great company, plenty of equipment and to top it off….great owners on a John and Kàneta. Both are amazing at what they do and always up for good gym chat as well. They have great value for all
