When I first came to in the zone in December 2018 I was unhappy with my weight and had constant injuries from being forced to lift heavier weights with my old trainer. I was eating healthy but I was just consuming too many calories. After only 7 months of training with Marisa I was down 10 pounds and have not been this toned in a long time, she has shown me that lifting heavy weights is not the key to maintaining a healthy and fit body. I have a lot more energy & haven’t looked this good in years.

I have been seeing Dr. Silver for Personal Training for over 10 years. I have always found her to be very attuned to what my personal fitness needs were and she has also been helpful in advising me of proper nutrition when I was going some medical issues over the years. I enjoy personal training and the different routines we have gone through over the years have strengthened my body tremendously. I would highly recommend Dr. Silver.

My Husband first met Dr. Silver when he had low back pain. He began as a chiropractic patient. Since then he has trained at her personal training facility and has lost over 30 pounds. She even runs 2 miles with him during their personal training sessions. She has changed his life. He’s 70 years old.

I love Dr. Silver!! I came to her about a month ago with a goal of losing 20 lbs. In about 2 weeks, I had lost 5-6 lbs and I'm on my way to becoming so much healthier! Dr. Silver always has a new workout for me to try, and modifies workouts to fit my body as needed. She encourages me to try harder exercises too! When I first came to her, I could only do about 5 modified pushups and now I'm doing 2 seta of 10 regular pushups!
Dr. Silver also provides me with email access to ask her questions or send her my food logs for feedback.
I love the changes I'm seeing! Thank you Sr. Silver!
