About the Club

Since our launch in 1997, InForm Fitness has successfully challenged the conventional assumptions of the exercise industry with our high-intensity protocol for strength training – a 20-minute, once-a-week workout, designed to build muscle, enhance cardiovascular efficiency, bolster metabolic health, promote fat loss, and improve functional ability. ​

Because the InForm workout does not require hours of cardio training or endless workouts at the gym, our Clients have more time to live their lives to the fullest, so they do not miss out on the activities they enjoy most, whether it’s hiking, playing tennis, gardening, skiing, biking, or chasing their kids or grandkids around the playground.

I have been coming to Inform Fitness now for 8mos. The changes in my muscle and core strength and body has been remarkable. It also has helped me to reverse my osteoporosis as evidenced by my last bone density test- my endocrinologist was thrilled. When I miss a session I feel it, so it has become a necessity in my routine. Yes, its hard to work your muscles to this level of fatigue but it is worth it. Michael has brought me on board as I was looking for this method of training for some time, especially as I don't have 2hrs/day to workout! This workout is extremely efficient and safe. He is a great trainer - he explains everything, is amazingly patient and pushes me beyond my limits to show me what is possible. I am very grateful. My chiropractor has noticed the difference in how my stronger muscles support my spine. I absolutely recommend Michael and Inform Fitness. It's not a workout, its a way of Life.

Hi Jillian, I was having breathing problems last week and had emergency surgery for pericarditis, which removed 1.5 liters of fluid around my heart.
Thankfully, my heart was strong and healthy prior, so no damage was done to my heart. Just came home from St. Francis yesterday and slept for the first time in almost 2 weeks. I'll be fine after my recovery, and the inflammation of the outside of my heart goes away. The surgeon was amazed how, at my age of 63, my heart was so strong to keep me out of heart failure and heart damage or possible death. I have no doubt that Inform fitness studio with Robert Francis gave my heart the strength to withstand what the surgeon called a deadly amount of fluid around my heart, the equivalent of a soda bottle. I have no doubt that 5 1/2 years of working with Robert to strengthen my entire body not only resolved my back problems but strengthened my heart to survive without heart damage or death this horrible pericarditis that attacked my heart. God bless Adam for Inform Fitness and Robert for building up my body to survive this horrible moment and making me well prepared. I look forward to going back to the studio after the inflammation of the outside lining of the heart goes away and I get clearance from the surgeon. Should be about 3 or 4 weeks. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to inform for 22 years. Using the Inform “philosophy” and my trainer’s (Robert) personalized workout has made a big difference in my body and my ability to maintain my muscle, particularly as I age. I leave each workout with my muscles quivering. The few times I’ve stopped over the years for personal reasons has resulted in a big negative change in my body. I cannot imagine working out without going to Inform. Add to it, that my trainer is incredibly flexible with my schedule. I can recommend it enough.

Love the results I have seen from Inform Fitness! Jon/Adam/Gillian have all been wonderful with scheduling and keeping me on track. This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.

I have been with Dan at Inform Fitness for about 8 months or so. It is by far the best break in my entire work week. No need to shower or change. No extra bag to carry. And it's a solid workout. Couldn't be happier with how much stronger I feel.

Being a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a student of resistance training (weight lifting) 🏋️‍♀️ and fitness my entire life (60 years so far) I was looking for an original Nautilus equipment gym nearby. You won't get a better or more efficient workout anywhere. I used to go to a local gym, but then they were all shut down. In Form Fitness to the rescue.

My workout is done via FaceTime. (I'm in Boston.) With some rudimentary home equipment and Adam's guidance, I have gained quite a lot of muscle and strength. It is much better than when I was going to my local Y and using their machines. In fact, after the first session, I could barely walk! But in a good way.

I'm thrilled that my partner found this place for me (he's a fitness nerd). It's possibly the most efficient workout ever. I admire Adam's creativity in finding ways to lift weights while at home. He works you hard, and the results are amazing. I am very grateful to him and the In Form folks.

I started going to InForm Fitness 4 years ago. As an avid cyclist and runner- I always thought my exercise was covered. Boy, was I wrong. Adam took a lot of time to help me realize that although sports and recreational activities are great, they aren’t a substitute for a weekly dose of high intensity strength training. InForm’s program is very challenging yet their customized equipment and unique approach makes me feel completely safe and I leave absolutely spent in just 20 minutes twice a week. I’ve belonged to numerous gyms and tried different approaches but this is the first time I could see and feel the difference. You have to experience this to understand how special it is. The staff is wonderful, Adam and Shayla not only helped me get physically fitter, they also helped helped me with my perspective on what exercise can be when done the right way. Highly recommended!
