This past weekend we had our son’s 7th birthday party here and it was a great experience. My son has done parkour in other locations previously but this place really challenged him and his friends to be creative and constantly moving.
The staff was very nice and helpful to the kids easy set up and clean up for the party! we will definitely be coming back. Yes the space seems small but with parkour it just gives way for more creativity and they also change the obstacles and course on a regular basis to help keep things interesting !!! If you get a chance come check them out !!! We wish them nothing but the best of luck with this business!

My son looks forward to his class every week! Exactly what kids need- challenging in a fun way. The class also provides the space for the kids to think for themselves how they will conquer an obstacle. πŸ‘

Parkour classes have been so wonderful for our six-year-old. The teachers are patient and give the kids confidence in trusting themselves. Highly recommend for independent kiddos like mine!

You might think that parkour/ninja/free running is just for kids who like to skateboard, surf and shred. But if you did gymnastics as a kid, yoga as an adult, like to rock scramble or climb, find yourself walking on the curb like a balance beam for fun or can’t walk past a rope swing without trying it, this is your tribe (even if you are a 57 yo F who hasn’t belonged to a gym since the 1990s)!
Very welcoming.
Makes you β€œaccidentally” super fit and feeling like an 8 year old.
I drive nearly an hour each way to get here and it is always worth it. You’ll find yourself eyeing metal scaffolding in NYC thinking, can I get away with swinging on this or just doing a tiny step-thru vault in work clothes? πŸ˜‚

A fun and welcoming place to discover parkour. The obstacle layout changes weekly which keeps fun and varied. The staff is extraordinarily kind and attentive, adapting movement to each person’s ability without pressure and with high attention to injury prevention.

Looks cool. Website says that it's open so we went and it was shut up tight as a doornail. It would be great to have a contact number to confirm hours of operation online

I have nothing but great things to say about Innate Movement. My 11 year old daughter loves it. The instructors are wonderful. They talk about safety, planning, and challenge. It’s more than an exercise class. The topics they discuss and promote are life lessons too.

Got to try this out and had way more fun than I expected! It's definitely challenging but also totally doable and most tricks can be simplified if you need. It was also an awesome (secret) workout 😜

Always a wonderful time for any skill level. Anyone can walk in and instantly become family. I went there a few days ago for the first time in a few years and it was like I never left. Many familiar faces with constantly changing obstacles. Dylan, Joe and Shane are incredibly encouraging and helpful for any age group and skill level. I drive over an hour for the wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. I saw they added Ariel and flipping classes.
