Great local gym. I was tired of big gyms like unique and LA, people there have no respect for the gym.

The sanctuary keeps things immaculate, and the staff is on top of cleaning.

Every machine in this gym is top notch. They all seem like the owner really tried them out before purchasing, they target the specific muscles really well.

Machines were busted and the service was horrible, they didn’t care about any of us and they didn’t even try to fix the machines. The membership was so expensive for the worst machines they sucked. I do not recommend go somewhere else that’s better this place sucks.

Being used to small-owned gyms coming from upstate, this gym is everything I have been dreaming of since moving back to Long Island. Everyone there goes in to work-out rather than sit on the benches and hangout for 10-15 minutes in between sets. Best thing to come to Miller Place/ Rocky Point area in a while

I’ve been looking for a gym like this since moving into the area 3 years ago and am so happy it finally exists. The vibe is so different from those cookie-cutter corporate gyms—it actually feels like a place you want to be. Everyone is super friendly, the energy is on point, and best of all—everything is always re-racked. People actually clean up after themselves?? It’s giving respect, community, and zero chaos. No showers, but honestly, the setup and vibe make up for it. Total game-changer.

Such a clean and cool gym with a sick second floor and is made for all training types as in powerlifting to hyrox, the blonde lady at the front was so nice as well.

We have deserved a gym like this in the North Shore/East End area for a LONG time. James and Tom did a fantastic job putting this place together and maximizing the space they have. The machines in here are the ones you see on Instagram and wish that your gym had it.
