I look forward to my workout every day! Multiple class times that are convenient for the retired and those still working.
High intensity or low - you do you! The instructors always demonstrate your options and, in addition, provide verbal cues for all the moves during your fitness workout. The icing on the cake ... you meet amazing people!

Fun and energizing workout. Great instructors and an awesome bunch of ladies. The facility itself is beautiful- bright open space, an actual dance floor, great sound system and a scenic view. Clean locker rooms and showers are also available-perfect for those going to/from work. Extra bonus: when you join Jazzercise you have a nationwide network wherever you may travel. All ages, shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome!

Jazzercise CNY has it all! It starts with a great location. The Tompkins Cortland Community College Athletic Facility has locker rooms, filtered water fountains and bottle fillers, and easy parking. The view from the dance floor can't be beat. A team of wonderful instructors will coach you through the workout - no matter your fitness level or experience. It's a total body workout (cardio and strength training) that you will feel all over, but in the best way. The community is amazing. You will find a welcoming group of people who love exercise, good music, to laugh and to sweat. Thank you Jazzercise CNY!
