With a private training studio, this establishment offers one-on-one and small group personalized training sessions, enabling clients to achieve their fitness goals while enjoying the guidance of experienced professionals. Perfect facility for private and semi-private training sessions. The semi-private sessions still seem like one-on-one with personalized training for each client. I started seeing Dan when I wanted to start lifting weights and also bought the nutritional coaching sessions. His approach to fitness and nutrition is straightforward, and he's so knowledgeable in both areas! Both Dan and Erica are amazing and really know what you need to help you reach your goals!

I have been working out and been doing various forms of fitness for over 20 years. The trainers at JD Fit are awesome. It really is “personal” training. Every single workout is tailored to your needs. I recently had a hip replacement and am so thankful for the trainers here. Every workout is safe, challenging and different. I’ve never had the same workout routine twice. I can’t say enough good things. I am stronger than I’ve ever been!

Dan is a great personal trainer! I have been working with him for about 7 months now and am very happy with my experience! He is very knowledgable, accommodating and fairly priced! He has a great variety of equipment to work with and customizes workouts to you/your needs/injuries/etc. Very happy with the strength I have gained and excited to continue working with him! I’ve been going to JDFit and working out with Dan for about 5 months no, and I have to say it is the best decision I ever made. I am not a person who likes to work out and going to a standard gym intimidates me as I always feel like I am being judged for being overweight and not physically fit. At JDFit, I feel welcomed by him, the other trainers, and the other people who are working out there (who range from being very fit to beginners like me). Dan understands my needs and concerns, and tailors my workouts to fit them. He pushes me when I need to be pushed and the other members who are working out at the same time make it feel like a safe space for me versus feeling uncomfortable. We all joke around while getting in a great workout. Dan’s other trainers are always welcoming with a smile and all the trainers rally behind everyone – they all actually care about all the members. I even travel for work sometimes, and Dan has made a workout routine for me to use when at hotel gyms, so I don’t lose momentum. Being a diabetic, nutrition is also something I needed help with, and Dan has been able to provide me with tips and trips for better eating when I travel and provided food options and substitute ideas for me to make meal prepping easier and hassle free. Between the training with Dan and the nutrition work, I have been able to lose 15lbs which I never thought was doable! I highly recommend JDFit to everyone, no matter what stage you are in on your fitness journey.

I’ve been working with Dan for about two months now. Not only has he helped simplify fitness and nutrition, but he helped me get my confidence back and truly helped me see how strong I really am. His programs are great, he’s a great motivator, and will hold you accountable. Trying out a new gym and/or trainer can sometimes be awkward, but this was a totally different experience. Dan is super knowledgeable and truly wants every one of his clients to succeed. All of the trainers are encouraging and keep you wanting to come back. They are also incredibly accommodating, which makes it easy to do just that. As one of the more "senior" members, I can honestly attest that this is a judgment-free zone! Even the members applaud each other's progress. You won't find any neon or mirrors in this gym, just tons of positivity and a lot of laughter.

JD fit has changed my daily habits, my mindset, and my life.
I started training because I wanted to get in shape for my wedding, I had never worked out a day in my life. I was generally intimidated by gyms and group classes, unsure of how to use equipment and lacked confidence.
I thought one on one and semi private sessions would be helpful.
Little did I know I would eventually grow to love working out and plan to continue training going forward.
Not only did I feel great and look my best for my wedding but with the guidance and encouragement of Dan , I have been able to actually enjoy my workouts and they have become something I look forward to.

Highly recommend! I have been training with Dan for about a year and half. It’s been great! Being new to strength training, Dan has been very patient and explains proper form while always encouraging me to push harder to reach new goals. I was a little nervous at first but now I actually really enjoy it. I am stronger and get more excited as I improve. Every training is different and he makes it fun. Dan really cares about each of his client’s success and it shows. He is personable, knowledgeable, and always motivating. He has two locations so it’s very accessible.
