Jessica Kirby Pilates is a fully equipped classical Pilates studio in White Plains, NY, just minutes from the Metro-North train. This intimate, in-home studio offers private, personalized sessions by appointment, designed to help clients build strength, improve alignment, and find balance. Pilates is for everyone—whether you’re looking to improve fitness, enhance mobility, or focus on mental clarity.
As a fully certified classical instructor, Jessica offers holistic training tailored to individual needs. She works with athletes, mothers, trainers, weightlifters, and those recovering from injury or managing pain.

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and caring but it is her love of helping people that shines through every cell of her body when she is working with familiar moves to refine and newer moves to guide my body to be better aligned and perform better at literally everything I need to do in my everyday life. At 50 years old I had days where I could not walk or drive due to sciatic pain. I assumed my older years would bring more pain and less strength and less mobility. Pilates has given me hope that at 55 and for the rest of my life I can move more as I age and not less. Looking forward to being able to enjoy each and every day! Jessica is a huge part of this journey. Just be open to giving Jessica the opportunity to guide you in your journey, what do you have to loose? There is everything to gain.

Jess is by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever worked with. I started with her after a bad car accident with hip and pelvic fractures. She knows her stuff and I contribute a lot of my strength and healing to her! Once I was cleared, she became an integral part of my recovery and for that i am forever grateful. She knows how to work with injuries - to make sure I’m getting the most from each session while still making sure I’m in the correct form. I can’t recommend her enough

Jessica is an awesome, one of a kind Pilates instructor! She is very knowledgeable, focused and patient. Her personalized one on one sessions are unique as these are tailor fit to your body and its needs. Each session is different and challenging while ensuring a total body workout. I love feeling energized and exhilarated after each session.
I highly recommend Jessica. And her studio is also a big plus as it provides a very calm and private setting. She is wonderful to work with and the rapport you build with her is instant. You will not regret it!

Jessica is an amazing and excellent Pilates teacher. Her knowledge of the practice is second to one. I have been working with Jessica for about a year. Training with Jessica has made a world of difference not only in my overall fitness, mobility and flexibility but you can see it in my golf results. I am 67. My swing speed has increased five miles an hour since I started working with Jessica. I am hitting the ball as far if not farther than I did five years ago. If you are over 40 and you play sports and strength, (core), flexibility and mobility matter, then you should try Pilates with Jessica. I appreciate that she takes the time to correct your form or modify a movement so you get the most from your session.
Private lessons took away the intimidation of learning all the equipment in a group setting. Her virtual mat classes are challenging and convenient to jump start the week or check in if you’re away. Jess is a great instructor and person all around. She does a wonderful job of building an individualized workout routine that is best for your body and makes your body feel rejuvenated. Jess does an incredible job of explaining every step throughout your session.

A well rounded Pilates session every time!!! Jess is a knowledgeable and detail oriented instructor. She’ll always ask you how you’re feeling when you walk through her door and tailor a session that perfectly suits the body you show up with. She has a trick or modification for all exercises to make them accessible for any level (I am a Pilates teacher myself and am endlessly learning from Jess!).
Practicing with Jess from the beginning of my Pilates journey, she has helped me to learn more than just the practice but also my own body and what it needs to function safely. I’ve gained more strength and stability than any other form of exercise. Jess is a one of a kind instructor. She details workouts to your specific body and goals. She finds areas you need to work on (I have one side weaker than the other and tight hips) and she uses workouts to have you leave the studio feeling better than you walked in. She’s a mom of four so she’s really no BS and understands fitness as a lifestyle to accommodate a full life. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s one of my favorite classes I’ve ever taken and I trust her fully.
