JOG33 Downtown is a full service fitness center in downtown Binghamton with 24 hour access using key fob entry. We offer weight lifting, cardio equipment, personal training and nutrition coaching in a clean, upscale, boutique environment. Our gym features antique tin ceilings, Cybex gym equipment, squat racks and private upscale restrooms / changing areas. Come be your best at JOG!

I’m visiting from out of town and just needed a gym to pop into on short notice. Manager was super helpful when I called and the day pass was very reasonably priced.

Jog 33 welcomed me with open arms! The manager, Russ, was very kind and accommodating. The gym is very clean with a variety of machines. The downtown location is convenient, with doors locked at all times, but key fob access 24/7. Highly reccomend!

I signed up for the one on one personal training with Russ! He was amazing and helped me really push through to hit my goals.
The gym environment is very inclusive and body positive. Never felt uncomfortable or judged. I cannot recommend this gym and the staff enough.

Was a happy member here under previous owner (Gaslamp Gym) and was disappointed when it closed due to covid.
Very excited it opened again now under new name Jog33. Made several changes to the place with new equipment, looks, and lighting that are all great. Place is clean and uncrowded. Good combination of free weights and cardio equipment. Staff has been awesome. Location is great. Very happy with it.

Great gym for the average person, plenty of ways to get into shape, can control the aux which is dope. However it is small compared to other gyms around for a similar price and you also can't deadlift due to the floor structure

My favorite gym! The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s very well kept; bathrooms and showers are clean. There is a variety of different equipment, my favorite is the squat rack. I like being able to change the TVs and music on the speakers while I work out. Overall, a great gym experience!
