Johnny’s Boxing is a one of a kind boxing studio in Downtown Buffalo. We offer Western Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing classes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, Johnny's boxing classes cater to all levels. Our
classes combine HIIT training with boxing, and focus on proper form, defense and footwork. Our smaller class size means more individual attention and better coaching. Get ready to punch, sweat and learn how to box in a supportive and motivating environment!

The Gym is located on the second floor of 300 Delaware Ave. Go up the stairs, first door to your right!

Was in town for family stuff and dropped in for a class. Man, John kicked my butt! John is a great instructor and the facility was awesome. If you are interested in boxing and in Buffalo I highly recommend it! Will definitely be stopping in when in town again.

I took a class last night. I havent put my gloves on in probably 6 years. But I feel like I fell right back into a rhythm, and Johnny was kind in refreshing me in certain moves. I'd definitely take another class here.

Johnny’s Boxing is the best boxing gym I’ve ever been to! I’ve learned so much, and I have never been more confident in my ability to throw a punch if needed. Not only is it a great workout but also a stress relief.

I also go for personal training and with my targeted goal, Johnny has been helping me to be in the shape I wanna be. Wouldn’t wanna work out anywhere else. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I workout with John 2-3x/week. John consistently shows up with energy and enthusiasm. He pays attention to both my workout goals and connects with me as a person.He checks in if I am dealing with any injuries and scheduling is fluid and flexible (which is sort of amazing given both our busy schedules).

An amazing boxing experience!!! John is a true expert at what he does- he creates a welcoming environment for people starting at all levels in boxing or fitness and gives perfect, patient coaching to help you improve over time.
