Jonah is a great Personal Trainer! He helps with nutritional guidance as well. He has worked with me and my friends. He is patient and kind and has great techniques and skills that help people build stamina and muscle and motivate them to lose weight and get in the best fit of their life.
Would recommend him to anyone. Good stuff ;)

Jonah is an incredible trainer. He is organized, supportive and encouraging. He will pay attention to detail as far as what you need trained, more or less at the moment and focus on each and every part of the body individually. He's definitely one of the best out there in my opinion. Also, according to many others. He will not disappoint.

I was very happy to work with him .
I had a hip replacement and he helped me get more flexibility in my hip and helped me build up my stamina .
Jonah was very attentive to my needs and was able and willing to adjust the workout to suit my needs.
He paid attention to my progress and adjusted the program so that it was not boring and he made sure that I kept progressing.
It was easy ,fun and productive working with Jonah .
I would highly recommend his services .
I felt his pricing was reasonable and he was flexible with making appointments.

Jonah is an excellent personal trainer. Patient, pleasant to work with, motivating and most importantly very knowledgeable. Whenever I have discomfort somewhere, he can immediately switch to another move with similar results, and even find ways to strengthen that area. Thanks to my work with Jonah, I am now stronger and lighter, making travel and physical excursions more fun and easier. He trains multiple members of my family, from custom sessions for teen age (with all the relevant considerations) all the way to older adults who benefit from stretching and movement.
