I have been working with Joey for the past 6 months and have seen significant improvement in my strength, fitness and overall health!
He has been professional, courteous and sensitive to my concerns regarding a need for weight loss without any judgment or making me feel “less than”! All things that are very important to me!
He is always prepared, on time and provides excellent insight on nutrition and additional habits outside of the gym workouts for continued improvement in my fitness journey.

At first I declined personal training because I have a gym membership and I promised myself I would just go and work out on my own. Unfortunately it's too easy to break promises you make to yourself. After a year of little/no gym and no progress, I came to Joey so he could help me get myself to my fitness goals. I appreciate how he pushes me past what I think I'm capable of, yet always emphasizes mobility, range of motion, and strengthening your body so it can avoid injury. He has also made smart adaptations to workouts on the fly to accommodate aches I show up with, and I always feel strong when I leave.
I can say without a doubt that that one hour of training is the most efficiently beneficial hour of my whole day. 🦘

I started working with Joey a year and a half ago, and it's been a truly great experience! At the time, I wanted to train to do pull-ups but I didn't know what to do, and I also wasn't very comfortable with a lot of the equipment at the gym. Joey put together a training program for me to work toward my goal of pull-ups, and I got my first pull-up a few months ago! Which feels great! We also worked on helping me feel more comfortable with the equipment at the gym, so I know what I'm doing when I'm there by myself. Joey is very knowledgeable and he advises me on more than just my workouts, but also on proper nutrition, hydration, rest, and general healthy-living. Our sessions are professional, but also relaxed and enjoyable. Joey's a friendly kind of guy who is personable and nice to talk to, so it's easy to feel comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health.

I've been working with Joey for years now, and in terms of my fitness it's the best choice I could've made. I have always been fairly athletic, but I was lacking structure and consistency in my workouts. Joey equipped me with knowledge and strategies I need to reach my fitness goals. While training with him I started adding weights to my pull-ups and ended up achieving some impressive strength gains. Joey is also just a real humble and patient guy who is enjoyable to work with. Let’s face it if you’re fat and overweight like me and feel like you need help but you don’t want to “hire” someone because you can do it on your own. You can’t change your thinking with your thinking. Heck, garbage plates are my consumption focus yet being 65lbs overweight and developing pre-diabetes I’ve concluded I can’t do this on my own. I need someone with me and a buddy that never shows up doesn’t count. Joey is an exceptional trainer coach and person. He is willing to challenge me and push my limits beyond what I thought capable of and I’m losing weight getting stronger and feeling better. Money is a tool to be used to better and change one's life. No one wins a Superbowl without a coach! Hiring Joey will be the best decision you've made for your health looking forward to reducing my keg to a 6-pack this dad bod sucks and makes me sweaty all the time and I know I need change if you're like me let's change together ill see you at the gym!
