I love Kate and her yoga classes. The energy she brings gets you hyped but calm at the same time. I didn't even know it was possible. Her knowledge and the care she brings sets her apart from the rest!

Some of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken have been from Kate. She explains everything so well and always gives different options for poses based on experience levels. Highly recommend her classes.

I considered leaving it at 5 stars because that really says it all, but posting a rating without explanation is not really productive and a little bit cowardly. Kate is hands down one of the best yogis out there. She's kind, dedicated to her practice and knowledgeable beyond her years. I won't embarrass her by revealing how many years but she's been an ardent advocate of yoga since her early teens. She addresses the individual, not just "the room", when she conducts a class and that is what makes the experience special. Before you judge, just give her a chance. You won't regret it. ❤

I have been taking yoga classes from Kate for 5+ years. She is a fun and knowledgeable instructor. Kate always gives variations of poses based on each individual's needs and tailors the class to meet the needs of all her students. I've been to many yoga studios/teachers and few are as amazing, kind and fun as Kate!

Kate is an exceptional yoga instructor. From the moment I stepped into her studio, I was captivated by the calming ambiance, warmth and positive energy that enveloped the space.
Kate ensures that everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
Every session with Kate is unique. She connects with everyone in her class. She has the ability to cater everyone’s needs and goals. She carefully designs sequence that nurture both the body and the mind.
Each time, my kids visit me from out of town, I take them along with me to her classes. They love it.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kate as a yoga instructor. She will leave a lasting impression on your yoga practice and your life as a whole.

I am Kate's husband and this review is being posted for the sole purpose of countering the 1 star review left by 'hey queen'. This person has obviously never taken a class here because the clients that come here are a close-knit group and no one know who this person is. They felt the need to give this review but couldn't find the courage to provide any details. Hmmm....

Kate is one of the best yoga instructors out there! She is so warm and welcoming whether you are in person or online. Kate is so knowledgeable about the practice of yoga that she smoothly adjusts to the needs of her students. Her classes are fun and creative! I highly recommend Kate!
