Training with Kenley has genuinely been such a great experience! He’s super reliable and flexible, which made it easy to stay consistent. He is also incredibly
knowledgeable! After working together for a week, he developed a full personalized workout plan so that I could reach the fitness goals we had discussed. The gym can be intimidating, but he created a comfortable and fun workout environment that actually made me look forward to going. Every session feels informative and motivating without any pressure. Highly recommend Kenley if you want someone who makes fitness feel approachable and enjoyable!!

Kenley was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to demonstrate each exercise before we started, which made me feel confident and prepared. His consistent check-ins and words of affirmation really motivated me and helped me push through tough moments.
One of the most valuable things I learned was how to truly listen to my body and breathe properly during workouts—something I hadn’t mastered before. He was always punctual and professional, and his positive energy made every session enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness journey!

Kenley is an incredible trainer and person. I was nervous to start training because I had very little experience in the gym, but Kenley was so patient with me and taught me how to use the equipment safely and confidently. I felt sore after each session in the best way, and I started to feel stronger after only a few sessions! Kenley will tailor the exercises to what you need, so for me that was training muscles that are most helpful for doing my job (carrying heavy loads, picking up toddlers, etc.). Because of this the training feels super relevant which is very motivating. Kenley is encouraging, patient, and kind. He also plays great music (and plays the music I request too!). Training with him is an amazing vibe and I cannot recommend enough!

Compassionate. Strong. Patient. Three words that, singularly, describe an amazing trainer, but somehow all ended up being words to describe Kenley B. He brings an aura of professionalism and compassion that makes him easily likeable, and incredibly easy for new gym-goers.
