I discovered this gym because of an AD that popped up on my feed and I am very grateful it did. I have now become a member and working on bettering myself. The owner is a great guy who is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and will help you anyway he can. So will all his staff. As soon as you walk in the door everyone welcomes you and knows your name which stands out because it shows they care. I had my first consultation with Coach Bianca regarding my nutrition and I loved it. She really knows what she is talking about and genuinely wants to help you and achieve your goals. We have a plan working on and soon will be working with another Coach on my fitness. I highly recommend coming here and bettering your life where people want that for you and willing to help every step of the way.

Great gym! I’ve been a member for a couple of months now and really enjoy it. The equipment is well-kept. The only thing that would make it even better is having a sauna!

This is an awesomely stocked gym. There’s a large assortment of machines and workout devices, all in great condition, covering every exercise base you’ll need.
It’s obvious the gym owner really cares about his gym and has gone above and beyond to furnish it fully. I went on a Saturday morning with just a day pass, and even then it wasn’t too busy. I didn’t have to wait for any machines.
Everything, including the bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers, are very clean and efficient.
This is a great facility and looks like a supportive community of members that go there.

This gym is fantastic! Coming from NYC, I was blown away by how spacious it is—it’s the size of a football field! It’s super clean with lots of new equipment, and at only $10 for a day pass, it’s an incredible deal. The locker room is on the smaller side, but that’s not really the point. Highly recommend!
