I’ve been working out and receiving personal training at this location for a while now, and it’s the best. I personally train with the owner, Isiah, and he’s amazing. He allows you to choose workouts that align with your fitness and health goals. On top of that, he supports your training by offering dietary suggestions to ensure you see real, visible progress. This spot is truly the best!

Both of my teenage boys train with Jeff at Kinetic Training– one for strength, one for boxing. The facility is clean, staff are kind and knowledgeable, and my boys look forward to their sessions every week. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend personal training through Kinetic Training! If you want a boxing instructor who is not only a great listener but also thoughtful, collaborative, and knowledgeable (he has a DPT!) - then 10 out of 10 recommend contacting Jeff.
The two other co-owners - Chris and Isaiah - are welcoming and actively adapt to the clients' needs and goals while being realistic.
Plus, they are willing to have a good laugh. Just ask them about the googly eyes "incident" of April Fools, 2025... :D

I love working with Jeff at Kinetic Training. From kickboxing to strength training and even physical therapy when I need it, he always has me covered during our personal training sessions. KT itself is clean and bright, small enough to feel comfortable but spacious enough to spread out. It’s a family and community-focused gym that supports my needs and schedule. The sessions are affordable and well worth the investment. I highly recommend them!

As a professional boxer, I’ve trained in many different environments and Kinetic Training truly stands out. I took classes here while waiting for my next fight, and not only did I get down to my target weight, but I also felt consistently motivated and supported throughout the process.
The facility is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but what really sets it apart is the energy and personal attention you receive. The coaching and atmosphere pushed me to give my best every day, and that’s something every serious athlete values.
I felt strong, focused, and completely at home training at Kinetic. I’ll always come back when I’m in town this is a top-tier gym for anyone looking to take their fitness or fight game to the next level.

I’ve been working with Isaiah for 7 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience! From the very first session, he took the time to understand my goals and fitness level, creating a personalized plan that has kept me motivated and challenged.
Isaiah is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He always demonstrates proper form and techniques, which has helped me avoid injuries and maximize my workouts. Learning this has also made me feel more confident when I am at the gym working out on my own. He is punctual, prepared, and genuinely cares about my progress.
Each session is different, keeping things fresh and exciting. Whether it’s strength training, cardio, or flexibility work, Isaiah incorporates a variety of exercises that make every workout enjoyable and challenging. I’ve never looked forward to working out as much as I do now!

I have trained with both Isaiah and Chris. Both were fantastic to work with. I appreciated that they helped to tailor workouts with my running goals in mind (and through some injuries and a pregnancy). All the trainers have been personable and you feel at ease even if you are a novice and feel intimidated with equipment. You will work hard and have laughs as well. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Isaiah Williams of Kinetic Training for one year. What a year it's been. Although it was not my goal to lose weight, I have managed to lose 10 pounds, including more than an inch from my waistline. Definitely check this gym out! I have been working Isaiah since October 2023 and it has been a wonderful experience. I feel stronger! I'm more active. My energy level has improved. Mentally, I feel more confident and my spirit is lighter. Isaiah is patient with explaining and is always willing to share his years of knowledge in the industry. In my time with Isaiah I have really shifted my mindset around fitness and gained a lot of knowledge. Overall, the KT team are great at making you feel comfortable in the gym. They foster an environment that creates a welcoming gym community.

At Kinetic you arent just a customer, you are family. This is the number one reason I chose this Gym. I am the number one priority during my private session. Im not pushed to be a pro athelete I am pushed to work at my comfort level. My only regret for Kinetic is not starting sooner.

Highly recommend! The team at KT is welcoming and knowledgeable. I started training with them a year ago with zero experience weightlifting or working with a personal trainer. Every week, Chris is very prepared, patient, and motivating. He is always ready to explain the mechanics behind each movement. I am new to working with a personal trainer and was not sure what to expect. For years I went to the gym with one goal in mind: decrease or increase the number on the scale. I would jump on a few machines for 30-60 minutes and call it a day. I never saw or felt a significant change.
It wasn’t until I joined Kinetic Training (KT) about 2-3 years ago that I started training 1-1 with Isaiah and seeing results physically by targeting specific areas/muscles. Most importantly, mentally, my entire mindset began to shift. Instead of asking myself: “How many lbs did I lose/gain?” I started to ask myself: “How does my body feel today?” I don’t even look at the scale anymore!
I’m grateful to Isaiah and the KT team and community for supporting and encouraging me along my fitness journey. This is only the beginning! 💪🏼🙏🏼

Jeff is nothing short of a miracle worker. He came as a recommendation from a good friend so although I was disillusioned from unsuccessful attempts with several other physical therapists I gave it a shot. There is a saying “put your money where your mouth is” I have a paid out of pocket for his services and will continue to do so because he has been that valuable to me. In addition to my aiding in my recovery from several different injuries I have also started bringing my son to work with a separate trainer. The facility is clean and inviting with a staff that is A+. They have my gratitude and support.

I started working with Jeff over 6 years ago as a PT client. I was seeing him due to a running injury. After my rehab I started strength training with him 1-2 days a week. Jeff is by far the best trainer that I have worked with over the past 20 years. As a physical therapist, he has the science behind movement and strength training. He is methodical in his approach and explains the reasoning behind each movement and how these movements relate to one another. He ascertains what the clients goals are prior to starting a program so it is individualized to the client.
I also started boxing on Sundays with Jeff about 5 years ago. It's a great workout and Jeff is an excellent teacher.
The team at Kinetic Training is a well rounded group that can meet the needs of anyone interested in improving their health and wellness.

I have been a client of Kinetic Training for just over 2 years. I rate this entire organization and all the trainers a 10. I work with Chris . Every time I come in, he asks me how I feel. If I’m having an off day, he may go a little lighter with me, but at the end of my session, I feel like a new person and ready to tackle the rest of the day. I can’t say enough about KT.
