When I first met Kira I was not much for working out. I was intimidated my the equipment. Kira took the time to show me how to use it correctly and in a way that works with my limitations due to health issues. Her dance fitness class(Kerboomka) is so much fun and she makes you feel comfortable even if you are not a dancer. She truly is amazing!

Kira is awesome! I’ve taken different classes with her throughout the years, from dance fitness (Kerboomka) to boxfit and loved every single one. She’s always motivating, making sure our form is right and when I do something incorrectly she corrects me while being supportive and without judgement. She’s making fitness fun and I look forward to her classes every time I’m in LI.

Kira is amazing. She takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals. She spends time not only helping me through the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the weeks. I’ll admit I was nervous getting back to working out, but Kira does an amazing job of helping me building up my self confidence. I’m really thankful for her!!!!

Kira is by far the best trainer/fitness instructor I have ever worked with (believe me I have had several). She is so experienced and will take the time to work out a plan, both from a fitness perspective and also diet wise, that works best for her clients. I recently had spinal surgery and she has gone above and beyond to send me different exercises that I can do, while recovering, where my back is not involved.
If you have a chance, I would definitely get in touch with Kira and let her work with you to make amazing changes and live a healthy lifestyle.

Although I have not been to City row as of yet I can tell you that Kira is a great instructor and a great motivator she is just amazing and awesome. I have had the pleasure to have her as a boxfit instructor and she is great. Anyone taking her class will love her and the class
