Kyle is a phenomenal trainer. I have been working with him for almost a year now after not having any formal weight training coaching in over a decade. He’s been awesome to work with in getting me back to the strongest I’ve ever been. He’s great at listening to your goals and crafting a plan that’s tailored to you and then motivating and driving you to the right outcomes. For someone like me, who was already pretty fit, he allowed me to level up considerably. I’m about to get surgery on my shoulder and he’s already thinking through a plan to allow me to continue my fitness journey to maintain the gains I’ve achieved. Couldn’t recommend him more strongly!

Kyle is an awesome personal trainer! He knows how to be motivational and inspire me to push myself, but he's also chill and nice and keeps our sessions really fun. He doesn't use shame or pressure as motivation. I've worked with many other fitness professionals, and Kyle is the first one who's made the process actually enjoyable. He continually customizes our workouts and keeps it from getting boring. He's great about flexible scheduling to fit with my busy work schedule, too. Highly, highly recommend!

Kyle is awesome I started working with him in January to start getting healthy and strengthening myself and the progress is great. I started out in a size 4x T-shirt almost 5x and I'm down to a 3x shirt. I could not deadlift a 50lb kettle bell and as of today I deadlifted 210lbs. With his help I look better and feel better than I have in a very long time. Even on days I don't feel like I did enough he's quick to tell me I'm doing great and I'll do more next time, just focus and keep going.

Kyle is the best! I reached out to him for preparation for an agility exam that was coming up fast. Kyle took the time to review what was required and the best way to start training for the test. Kyle is very honest and set realistic goals for me to work towards. He is very motivating and makes you want to give you your all on every exercise and rep. Kyle is excellent! I had Kyle as a trainer for a few years back in 2015/16 doing small group classes at a local gym. He had always emphasized proper technique to avoid injury which is really important to me. After a long stint of not working out at all I reached out to Kyle to work one-on-one with the intent of getting stronger, feeling more coordinated and being more active. Kyle’s emphasis on good form was key for me but he’s very knowledgeable about all things health related, nutrition etc. I highly recommend Kyle Bensen Training.

I respect the time he takes to listen to my areas of concerns as I have some back issues, and I appreciate the modified workouts. He pushes me to reach my goals, and has helped me build my strength and muscle. As he would say I’m getting stronger because I keep showing up! And you know what, he is right. I see and feel the difference!!!

Another huge plus is his flexibility, as someone who works 12 hour days and have children, finding time for the gym can tough. But Kyle accommodates my crazy schedule!

Kyle is amazing!!! I was recommended to Kyle through a friend and came to him to reach weight loss goals as well as learn the correct form and technique of exercises. He is patient and has the ability to read your mind. He is also flexible which was a plus for me with my work schedule. He is extremely motivating and knowledgeable in this field. I've trained with Kyle since 2018 and it is patently, the best decision I've ever made related to my health. Prior to Kyle, I utilized a personal training program through a local, commercial gym. This led to a litany of experiences with trainers of varying levels of investment and expertise. With Kyle, I was immediately struck by his knowledge, commitment, and warm demeanor-- attributes that have never waned. As a result of Kyle's tutelage, I am more physically adept and more committed to my health. For instance, on the occasions when I've looked at my week ahead and thought I wouldn't have the time/ energy to train, I've found motivation in the consistency of our schedule and Kyle's steadfastness. Kyle always has a plan and is also flexible; if I'm sore, exhausted, or in "a funk," he modifies to help me meet my commitment. Beyond this, I've come to know Kyle as a person who is industrious, inquisitive, and endearing.
