Certified fitness professional will perform a customized assisted stretch session on the client. The assisted stretch will help improve flexibility, range of motion, performance, reduce risk of injury, reduces stress and tension in the body, increases stamina and loosens your muscles and tendons which relieves muscle fatigue and increases blood flow. It will also improve energy levels and aid in digestion. Assisted stretching can help delay the onset muscle fatigue by ensuring oxygen is efficiently flowing through your blood and increasing your endurance. Every session is completely customized and tailored to meet your goals. Yoga assisted, wellness/athletic/group assisted stretches.

I have worked with Lisa for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I started seeing her for assisted stretching (which feels soooo amazing!) which then led to personal training sessions! She is seriously dedicated to her love for health and wellness. She deeply cares about my fitness goals and lays down a specific path for my personal journey. And on those days I can't make a workout happen at the gym, she is still right there sending me workouts to do from home! I love her! Her knowledge of the body and what it needs (and of course, what it doesn't!) to fuel it, is so impressive as well. To have her there while I'm working out to do things like adjust my posture, help stretch, make sure I'm doing everything in a way that will not cause injury, is so reassuring to me. I'm not sure I've met anyone before her who cares so much about my overall health. Thank you Lisa!

What a caring and beautiful spirit Lisa has! I have been trained by Lisa for years in the Hamptons area prior to her move to her new digs and miss her tremendously! She has all the knowledge you need for your mind body and spirit! She is very upbeat and will help you achieve your goals with a smile! No matter what age you are, she will help you!
