Honestly this gym is bare bones as it is, front desk staff is not helpful as they can’t answer any questions and half the time they’re on their phone, water fountain filter hasn’t been replaced in months and pressure is bad, ceilings in the bathroom have been broken for months, vending machines rarely get filled up. It’s packed with high schoolers, and clearly the people that run the gym are greedy because instead of just raising the age limit for members they decided to make operating hours until 9 PM because it was inundated with kids coming after hours. An easy solution would be to keep the business hours until 10 PM so adults with jobs and responsibilities can come on their own time. Seriously considering ending my membership but it’s conveniently located for me. For what this gym is, the price is exorbitant. Don’t waste your $ unless they fix the above issues

Vending machines never stocked, and when they are it’s warm. Barely any weights in the gym - racks are always almost empty. Floor is usually filthy. Some days there’s trash scattered about. No flexibility with cancellation - haven’t been here in months due to work yet I just paid $100 for a month I won’t be using after cancelling. I get policies but I explained my reasoning (work) and you’d think a reasonable person would understand and waive the final month. $100 a month is criminally overpriced for a gym such as this.

I don’t have much to complain about apart from the fact on a random Tuesday this gym decides to close an hour early. Mind you, there’s never any employees there to begin with, which is progress, but she proceeded to give everyone a five minute warning for this sudden change? Without any real reason for an early close? If this is a real change, this is a real issue that needs to be sorted out, and not just someone who seemed like they just wanted to go home early.

Not worth $79 a month by any means. Very small, extremely dirty bathrooms (for never being busy I don’t understand why?), no place to change, no real locker room, nightmare of a parking lot. If it was $45-50 a month on the high end I wouldn’t be so mad. I finally cancelled my membership, not worth it.

Gym is never cleaned. Got hand foot mouth virus from their dumbells. Water filter was broken for months. No changing / locker room so men and women have to get changed publicly. Showers never have towels and are never cleaned

Lastly, they lie about their membership being cancelled at anytime (the month to month) - they call it "installment" and dont give you adequate paperwork yet try to fight you on cancelling. My attorney is laughing at their paperwork as we speak...

Edit: they seem to have let go their full time floor guy that used to keep the place spotless. It’s not as clean as it used to be. Heat works only sometimes which can be an issue to get warmed up before lifting.

Edit: Water fountain likely doesn’t have a filter or they bypassed the warning light as well. They seem like they wouldn’t want the expense of changing filters.

Brand new equipment and basically enough to get you a decent workout. This would be a higher score but they charge too much for what this gym offers. Seems they penny pinched with their AC Unit as it doesn’t cool the facility down (and it’s not that big), they have ceiling fans that they don’t turn on to circulate air, and the water fountain filter light has been on for a month. Edit: the AC and fans have been fixed so I adjusted. This gym should cost $45-55 a month, not a penny more especially since I heard they charge less at their better run, larger floor plan gyms. I am surprised it’s the same ownership as the other gyms cause I heard those are great and worth the money. The owner is also never there which shouldn’t be the case for a new business. He should be there noticing these things, showing interest and action in fixing them, and once it’s running properly he can go play golf. I would wait for them to charge a lower rate before joining. Will adjust my score if these things get better. If not I’ll find a new gym within the year.

Edit: the ceiling fans work and AC seem to be working better than before. Also this gym is kept very very clean so that’s a definite plus for them. Going on another month of the water filter being broken.

Nice little gym, was excited to hear that they were opening a location here. Went 2 days for the trial and the place is kinda small. They don't even have a real locker room. Has just about all the key equipment. Was going to join until I saw how much they're charging. You will pay less to go to one of their BIGGER clubs lol

Small, overpriced facility with incompetent management. My key card didn’t work the entire time I was a member there (requested to fix multiple times and no resolution), when there was no one at the front desk, the only way in the door was with key card access which left me locked out of the gym many times. Customer privacy does not exist as emails go out with all members CC’d. When I canceled my membership, front desk said they would handle it, then called my boyfriend to consult with him about changing my mind. The female manager gives attitude and no one responds to emails or messages. Would have been so convenient for me but seems that they’d rather lose people than correct their poorly run system. Also, not to mention the gym is spotless but the janitor stares and gave off creepy vibes.

Awesome gym! Been a member for 3 months. I love working out here, peaceful environment everyone is very friendly and the staff is great. I’ve been to all 3 level fitness locations and the one thing I can say about this gym, it’s the cleanest one! I work out a lot at night and I always see the Hispanic gentleman in there cleaning and making sure everything is perfect. I’ve introduced myself to him and he’s been nothing but respectful. Definitely makes a positive impact on the gym and environment there. I do want to mention that the gym is missing a few things though such as a dip bar and a decline bench we need those please. Otherwise highly recommend checking it out.

I'm having trouble accepting why this Level location charges more than the other ones ? The other ones offer different rates depending on what you use there. This one does not. The employee I spoke to over the phone explaining that it's a boutique gym, lmao. That's the only explanation they give for charging more than the other gyms. I'm confused because I thought that chains like this always charged the same. Oh wait I forgot that this location is a boutique....lol. It looks like they have a GREEDY owner to me.
