Absolutely loved my experience with this gym. Been going here about a year now, somewhat early in my overall strength/fitness journey. Coach Mike curates a fantastic, compact, 30-min experience that is just as effective as an hour class, all while being super fun and within an incredible community of coaches and gym members. I got so much stronger with this gym, all with the incredibly positive and judgement-free vibes the coaches encourage (very well mixed crowd of old/young, genders) . The workouts arr great mix of strength and endurance, and they do instruction and teaching to focus on technique, which I LOVED. There's also a great "test week" that helps build community and keep everyone growing stronger/faster together. They even host some happy hours and I've made a bunch of friends through this gym! Can't say enough positive about them!! I've recommended this gym to friends and will continue to do so.

I joined Liberated in 2019 and can't say enough positive things about this great gym and community. Mike has built a unique offering that provides workouts that are consistently challenging and adaptive, diverse, and fun, but are always scalable so that everyone feels welcome. The group of folks he has attracted and developed over the years are kind, fun, and supportive of each other. A real neighborhood gem.

I love Liberated! Awesome coaches and great community with effective quick workouts! They will kick your butt in the best way. Youβll be exhausted but proud of yourself. SROB is an amazing coach who encourages good form and safety but will also push you to be your best self.

This gym is the best. I admit I was intimidated by it for a few years, but Iβm so glad I walked in one day and took a free class. That was five years ago, and I havenβt looked back. Itβs the first gym Iβve been to that truly stuck. The classes are accessible to all levelsβfast and efficient. The coaches are great, and the sense of community among members is by far the best part. Liberated has become my favorite place in the city!

I've been going to this gym for 1 year. Definitely, one of the best gym in NY. Mike's constant dedication to make workout routine will keep your body strong with the perfect balance. The routines are challenging but it's worth to try it! I've enjoyed every moments in here.

I've been a fitness class enthusiast for the last 20 years, and Liberated Fitness offers the most high quality workouts I've ever done. I joined this gym in my mid-40s, and a couple of years later I'm in the best shape of my life - something I never thought I'd say. Mike and his team of skilled, welcoming coaches lead you through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises, challenging and encouraging you along the way (and if you are injured or dealing with a health issue, they can help you make modifications - I can attest!). The icing on the cake is the warm community of members who challenge themselves and cheer you on. This gym is accessible to all ages, genders, body types and fitness levels. I only wish I had joined sooner!

This gym isn't for the faint of heart, it's not for the person who wants to go to the spa afterwards, or expects someone to hand them a green smoothie upon completing some cardio. This gym is for honest people trying to improve their fitness no matter their level. It's tough but fair, and will help you achieve your fitness goals. That said, you'll stay because of the excellent coaches and good community of neighborhood folks. Everyone is kind, supportive and helpful. No matter what shape you're in, if you start going to this gym you'll find a great community and improve your fitness.

I love liberated fitness! I like the variety of workouts (there's a new one every day) and the community is awesome. Everyone is very encouraging, and the overall fitness of everyone at this gym is inspiring! The gym owner, Mike, is really good at what he does, as the workouts are quick and effective. I've been coming to this gym for last 2ish years and I talk about it to everyone I know. You can't go wrong joining liberated fitness!

Absolutely love this gym. Been going for several months now. The instructors are really nice and the community is great.
The workouts are a 30 minute set with about 10 minutes of mobility and 20 minutes of work. That may not sound like much on the face of it, but they are unbelievably efficient. There is absolutely no wasted time. You will feel it!

This place is the best damn gym youβll ever come across. Itβs a great group of people who push each other and hold each other accountable all while being incredibly welocming and supportive. Its members are diverse in backgrounds, bodies and goals but are universally warm and nice. As a runner I have seen great gains from the full body workouts, and as someone who travels a lot for work I find the emailed workouts and the zoom classes to be a good way to stay at it while on the road. Definitely the best gym I have ever belonged to!

As a longtime member of liberated fitness I cannot recommend it enough. This is a gym where you will find a great community of people who support each other and achieve amazing results at the same time. Mike Rapoza brings the attention of a personal trainer to his creative, efficient small classes. The workouts are always varied and adaptable to different fitness levels and abilities. I enjoy the focused and effective 30 minute classes -- a full body strength and cardio workout packed into a short class. The program is fun and accessible to all levels of fitness. Coaches have taught me all the exercises from the beginner level, and encouraged me in my progress. Community is amazing and super supportive. I love LibFit!

I wish I had found this place earlier! The 30-minute workouts can be as intense as you want, and the flexible schedule allows you to choose between morning or afternoon sessions. Each day brings a new workout, blending bodyweight exercises, dumbbell lifting, hanging, and running. Plus, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the coaches are very enthusiastic. Can't recommend this place enough!

Truly a hidden gem!! No fitness space like it. The workouts are HARD and efficient. Hitting all points - mobility, balance, strength, flexibility. I've been working out with Libfit on their online platform for two years. I am SHOCKED at the level of fitness I've achieved in that time - I'm fitter at 42 than I've ever been and I'm still getting stronger. There is no limit. Coach Mike is the best there is - he is very thoughtful and focuses heavily on form and safety, while also encouraging us to push our boundaries. I feel so grateful to have found a gym that will keep me in good health, especially with the anxieties that come near middle age... (whelp). While I may never set foot in the physical gym space, I'm still team libfit for life! 10 stars if I could β€οΈ

This is the most inspiring, supportive and EFFECTIVE gym I have ever been a part of. I'm achieving fitness goals in my 40s that I never even dreamed of in my 20s. I cannot say enough great things about this gym! Not only have they completely revamped my physical fitness, they have also managed to create an incredible community. I've made some of my best friends here. The trainers are highly qualified, kind, supportive, and inspiring. They are also fun people to be around. It makes coming to class feeling like hanging out with friends (although they will still kick your ass in the workout.) It's really hard to find that combination in a gym. And that's why I feel so lucky I found this place. The community, the trainers, the workouts... This place has changed my life for the better in so many ways, and I'll be forever grateful for that.
