At Lido Gymnastics school, we offer rhythmic gymnastics classes for kids and teens of all levels—from beginners to competitive athletes. Our experienced coaches help students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through movement with ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, and rope. I can’t express enough how happy I am as a parent that I was able to find a place where my daughter could grow physically, emotionally, and socially! Lido Sports school provides it all! Their coaching with a focus on very details and great discipline, along with educating and precise communication helped my daughter to grow mentally, cultivated desires to achieve more in sports and her academic journey.
