Lifestyle Fitness Training is a private training business located at 21a Railroad Ave in Albany , NY. We specialize in strength training, weight loss, nutrition coaching, and fitness boxing. Each one of our members are evaluated and assessed in order to develop an individualized planned based on their goals. As a college student, working with Aaron has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. He helped me set realistic fitness goals and built a workout plan that actually fit into my busy schedule. His nutrition advice has been very helpful too. He made nutrition way more manageable and sustainable. I came to Aaron’s gym after realizing my other gym was becoming repetitive and wanted more of a challenge and overall a better quality of life, Aaron shows an amazing ability to relate and get me to where I wanted to be. Before coming to lifestyle fitness training I had fallen off the fitness wagon and looking for my why, well once I sat down and mapped out a plan with Aaron is when I fully understood that coach Aaron goes above and beyond for his clients. What can I say he got me right and made me realize life is a marathon not a race and also made me realize my why and that would be making my body as healthy as possible so I can have a long healthy life to help my daughter see the positive in every situation. So far it’s been 2 months and I can’t be any happier with the results, Coach Aaron creates a work out course right for you specifically for what you are trying to achieve and a path that makes it all seem possible and not overwhelming with the knowledge to maintain it.
