About the Club

Lifestyle performance is a 1500sq ft independent training studio located on fort Hamilton pkwy and 92nd st in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. We specialize in strength, weight loss, movement and athletic performance training.
To begin a training program at lifestyle performance we put each client through an extensive assessment so that their workouts and mobility work are tailored to each individuals specific needs.

We specialize in strength training, weight loss training, as well as movement and athletic performance training.

I absolutely love working out here. Frank is awesome and has worked with me for the past few months to gain strength 💪. He is so kind, fun, and motivating!! I came in with little experience, and I have grown so much thanks to Frank.

Frank G. is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He takes his time to understand what I want out of my workout and delivers exactly that. I’ve trained with Frank for a while he’s always been consistent and great at what he does. I have been training in this gym for little over a year. Evans and Mark were very welcoming and made training very comfortable for a novice like me. My trainer, Mark, is the best. He takes in consideration your desired goals and pushes you to achieve it. I am already seeing great progress.

Evans is the most creative trainer I've ever known. He has helped me not only get closer to my goals but become a better exerciser. He has given me many new and safe ways to exercise. A very big THANK YOU to Evans!!! I started training with Evans back in February in preparation for an upcoming thigh surgery (in August). I wanted to be in the best physical shape I could be and have done 13 sessions with him.

I am happy to say that my surgery went well, and my recovery was swift! I owe the quick recovery to these training sessions.

I am not the fitness type; I have paid for gym memberships but was too intimidated to attend. When I realized I needed to prepare myself for my upcoming surgery, I figured maybe I could benefit from a smaller space with 1 on 1 sessions; someone to plan out what I should do, and mostly importantly make sure that I did it correctly.

Before we began our sessions, I met with Evans for a quick introduction. He went though what my expectations where, previous experiences and my overall fitness level before tailoring the sessions to fit my needs.

I love this training studio! The location is great, the environment is fun and motivating, and the trainers are absolutely amazing! I have been training with Evans for about a year now (from previous location) and now migrated to the new space. Whether you want to improve your mobility, up your fitness game or just simply get healthier this is definitely the place. The environment is supportive, the space has all the equipment you can possibly need and the trainers are knowledgeable and most importantly love what they do. I came in with specific goals, and every workout is tailored to gradually get me there (injury free). I have tried personal trainers at various gyms, and am also currently a member of Equinox, however the level of personalized attention you receive here cannot be beat. You will not be a checklist on someone’s clipboard! Just make sure to bring your A-Game, they don’t mess around.
