I took a strength training class with Kristen today. This was a great workout - the movements were well thought out, the ladies were so fun, and the instructions were very clear. I feel stronger and refreshed - this is exactly what my body needed today! I highly recommend Lift & Breath to anyone considering group training in the area! Get stronger!

I’m just coming up on ONE year of cardio weight training once a week, after I did the 6 personal training package with Erin. I was very athletic growing up, comfortable in gyms in high school, college and as a young adult. After kids I was having trouble finding the time and I learned that the types of workouts I was used to doing weren’t what I needed to prepare for aging. I’m now 45 and am highly motivated to get strong as I see my mother struggle to keep muscle mass as she ages. Erin taught me different workouts I could utilize on my own, and gave me the confidence to utilize the free weights area of the gym. She taught me a lot about what my body needs and that I’m capable to do the work to age with strength! Now my goal is to somehow fit in a 2nd workout each week. Thanks Erin!

Erin is an exceptional trainer and person who has created such a welcoming space for all fitness levels. I have always loved her yoga classes and have recently gotten into strength training with her. She always makes sure to check in with every client to see how everyone is feeling and tailor workouts / accommodations accordingly while also checking on form and making corrections when needed. Couldn't recommend her classes enough!

Erin's prenatal classes have been a highlight of my pregnancy! Her class combines empowering strength-building movement with support and connection to other local pregnant women. She is able to tailor group workouts to each individual in the class based on any ailments you may be feeling that week. I am a 69 year old, post- menopausal woman who has happened upon a gem!
Erin Svare Wellness studio was mentioned to me after a discussion with a friend after a recent diagnosis of osteoporosis. I have always been active with yoga, walking, and biking. In the last few years however, adding some weight lifting was often promoted by my medical professionals. I bought some weights and began on my own, but quickly realized that I needed professional direction and research based advice. I’ve been taking Lift Classes with Erin for a few months now, and I’m hooked! She is an experienced teacher, is able to give individual direction due to low class size and I feel the difference in my body. I have felt comfortable and welcomed from Day 1 in her classes.

I started doing strength training with Erin after seeing a PT for chronic low back pain. The PT recommended that I start with some individual sessions with Erin. When I first started, my self-confidence was pretty low, despite the fact that I’d been a physically active person in the past. Pretty quickly, Erin recommended that I join her group classes and I’ve been going for close to two years. I can’t imagine stopping, because Erin provides a safe space for women to find their physical strength and also creates such a fun atmosphere for us to be together. Erin is kind, thoughtful and also very attentive to each of us. She’s knowledgeable and also always researching and reading about women’s health and sharing new information with the class. I really appreciate Erin’s expertise and highly recommend her strength training classes

After experiencing some health issues over 2024, I promised myself that I would get back to the gym and start weight training again. I was skeptical of the options I had until I saw a post from Erin Svare who had just opened her own fitness center in town.
I knew Erin was knowledgeable and had years of experience in the field. I began going to her classes in September of 2024 and it has been a great experience for me. The classes are small ( max 8 women per session) the fitness program encourages and motivates women to get stronger and test their individual fitness levels. The sense of community is strong and I feel so much stronger and healthier than when I started. Erin listens to my personal needs and caters to my body. You don’t feel rushed, you don’t feel pressured, you just feel empowered.
Thank you Erin, you are amazing and I’m grateful for being a part of this family.

I started working with Erin 6 weeks post partum in her postpartum mom and baby class. The support, camaraderie and wellness in that class was incredible! After that class completed I started taking weekly LIFT classes at Erin's studio and have never looked back! Its been about a year and a half and I continue to look forward to my weekly work outs in her supportive, empowering space. I cant recommend her highly enough!
