Small gym its best to come when its not busy if your serious about working out.

-Sauna always down because members throw water in the sensor and also because they choose Friday as "maintenance day". I would rather relax in a sauna after work and on the weekends.
-Some immature staff; cleaner threw out my shirt in the sauna without warning. Hispanic cleaner is always upset complaining about the gym/management and members. But he cleans well, while disgruntled. Overall when the women aren't catering to their "friends" at the bar they are professional/friendly.
- However, they don't pick up the phone after multiple attempts on multiple days.
-If you ask for a pre-workout or BCAAs they just put the scoop in water. They're usually too busy because they guys hang out at the bar like it's a mating game lol.

They should mix or blend drinks well considering they call it a Juice Bar and we don't all carry Blender Bottles.

+/- Very young crowd, so I don't recommend for older athletes who want a calm atmosphere.

My friend and I visited this gym as guests on two separate occasions, considering signing up for a membership. Unfortunately, both visits left us disappointed. Much of the equipment was out of service, and the SAUNA—a key feature we were interested in—was also out of service both times. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone.

If you’re considering joining this gym for the new year, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Over the past year, this gym has consistently delivered subpar service. Under its new management, prices have increased significantly, but the quality of amenities and customer experience has declined.

Many pieces of equipment are frequently out of order, and there’s little to no enforcement of gym etiquette—weights are rarely re-racked, leaving the space disorganized. Most frustratingly, the sauna is perpetually out of service, and despite repeated complaints, management has shown no willingness to address the issue.

Given the high membership fees, the value simply isn’t there. You’re better off investing in a gym that prioritizes customer satisfaction and maintains its facilities. This gym is not worth the cost or the hassle.

Signed up for a membership. First time going there today. I loved it. Clean, great machines, amazing vibe. And I’m a gym snob. So I’m excited about this gym. The sauna was amazing. The only complaint I have, is the three ladies, in the sauna cackling like old hens. I use the sauna to relax, meditate. My quiet time. But, these women were talking about absolute nonsense. If that’s the case, go to the gym floor, workout, have the conversations there. Don’t inconvenience others and ruin the ambiance. One other female rolled her eyes and left because she was annoyed. This was the first time me experiencing that in a sauna.
So my suggestion is for management to put a sign up to say “keep conversations outside of the sauna” If it weren’t for that, I’d give five stars. Hopefully, when I go back; I won’t have to deal with that

Otherwise, everything is perfect. Also, the vacuum lady should come late at night, 11am vacuuming gives everyone a headache for the day. I’m giving this place 2 stars considering I didn’t actually get to work out. I signed up for a 7 pm yoga class on ClassPass. I showed up and realized, after almost starting the class, the schedule was totally inaccurate to what their current schedule is and I was unable to take the class I signed up for. due to not being properly prepared I couldn’t take the one that was actually happening. Things happen, I get it, however, when I went to ask questions/help at the front desk I was totally dismissed and given a half hearted “okay, sorry” and they walked away before I could even ask anymore questions/help on scheduling a future class. I continued to stand for 2 more min waiting to be acknowledged/grab attention of someone before I walked out. I’d like to say I’d go back and try again but being unsure of the schedule, wasting my time and receiving poor customer service is something I’m not willing to do. I operated a gym for over 5 years, and hope I never gave anyone an experience like this.

3 stars only for the purpose of the sauna well actually the members who think its ok to dose the electric heat component i let it slide didn't say anything but then they are using the same water bottles they drinking from, take a sip then spray the damn rocks disgusting. Loss of membership should be a must, but its so many members like total disregard to everyone else shame on those members i say close it down for a while let them think about it. I canceled my membership a few months ago because I left to go to college and I recently discovered that they kept charging me for at least 5 months after I canceled. A family member went inside in person a few weeks ago to cancel the membership, but they still charged for February. Currently opened a dispute with my credit card company and the gym, and we will hopefully get the money back. This place is doing everything it can do for its members. As someone who is literally in this place 7 days a week, ill be the first to say they are above the rest of the local fitness centers. New equipment coming in frequently, clean environment to workout in, amazing sense of community amongst its diverse members and social presence that includes member shoutouts and all!!! You will feel like you are a part of this gym from the moment you join. Open 24 hours monday to friday and i think they only close like one day a year. This is the premium packaged gym in our area.

I must say I love this gym. I came to visit on a 1 week trial, and I was ready to make this my new gym. The staff are the best, they are very helpful and friendly; knowledgeable. Overall, the gym, suana bathroom, and locker rooms are clean. They offer classes. I have only attended the spin class with Claudia. She's full of energy and I really enjoyed her class.
There is a great energy in the gym with serious lifters. Gym goers are really into the workout. There's very little distraction like other gyms. Gym goers re-rack their weights for the most part. They also have staff re-rack weights and ensure the gym remains clean and organized.

I have been a member of this gym since April 10th, and while it has some positive aspects, there are several flaws that need to be addressed. The gym's location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. However, there are a few key areas where the gym falls short.

Firstly, parking can be a challenge, especially if you arrive by car. Finding an available parking spot is often difficult, as the gym shares parking with CVS and other nearby stores. On the other hand, public transportation proves to be a better option since the bus conveniently drops you off at the gym.

One major concern is the pricing structure. To access the gym, you are required to commit to a one-year contract, which costs $54.99. If you prefer not to be tied down by a contract, the monthly fee is $64.99. Additionally, both options come with an annual fee of $29.00, which further adds to the expenses.

The gym's capacity is another issue. Compared to other gyms in the area, it is relatively small, leading to overcrowding during peak hours. This means that it can be challenging to follow your exercise routines, especially when specific machines are occupied by others. Even during weekends, when it's expected to be less crowded, the gym is often near full capacity.

Furthermore, the gym lacks proper organization. Equipment and machines are often not in their designated places, making it inconvenient for members. For example, the hooks for the Lat Pull Down and Standing High To Low Cable Flyes machines are frequently missing because they have been taken to other machines. The absence of dedicated staff to address these issues compounds the problem.

The level of assistance at the gym is also lacking. Upon arrival, the reception desk is often unattended. Out of ten visits, only once have I been greeted with a friendly "good morning," "good afternoon," or "good night." However, I must mention that there was one staff member, a young lady with green eyes, who consistently exhibited excellent manners and was always polite to everyone.

On a positive note, the gym does maintain good cleanliness. There are diligent individuals who constantly ensure that the machines, floor, and overall gym environment are kept tidy. This aspect deserves commendation.

In conclusion, while this gym is not a terrible option, there are certainly better alternatives available. Many other facilities offer more space and resources for either a lower cost or a similar price. However, one aspect worth mentioning is the opportunity to enjoy a scenic view of the beach while using the treadmill, which is a unique and enjoyable feature of this gym.

Overall, improvements in parking availability, pricing, capacity management, organization, and customer service would greatly enhance the gym's appeal to potential members.

Great gym! Layout is good, machines are modern and clean. Staff is friendly and engaging with the members which sometimes is a huge miss at gyms. I visited this gym on and off for a couple of weeks due to work and on multiple occasions the sauna was not working. On another occasion I wasn’t able to use the sauna because it was being cleaned. This was at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Management should look into changing the time of this cleaning. I was one of several people disappointed and wondering why you would have this cleaned at such a busy, prominent time of the day. Specially considering the gym is “24 hours”. That was my only concern. I would visit this gym regularly if I could.

The vibe is chill and compact, the staff are friendly, there is actually parking, and even better, with your membership, there are so many amenities to take advantage of. Between the smoothie bar and the sauna in the locker room, this private gym can meet all of a gym-goer’s needs! I appreciate the variety of workout machines/equipment. Great staff the customer service is on par with the high end gyms that you put hundreds a month for. The equipment is up to date and there’s a large variety. The classes are very good and have many time slots to fit your schedule! Highly recommended.

Golds Gym is by far the best gym I’ve ever been too. The classes are amazing, along with the instructors that teach the classes. It really makes working out fun! I never thought I’d say this but I actually look forward to working out now!

Very bro/old man gym mentality.
Employees do not spend a lot of time putting weights back where they go. Showers are atrocious, i don't think the owners or staff have ever been to a nice gym - which is fine, this place is great for what it is, but there are some things they could take a little more pride in improving, instead of just letting everything stay the same.

At limitless i feel motivated and appreciated. I love all classes and instructors. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable . I have had much success on my fitness journey and i owe that to all the experienced people there who answer my questions and give me the tools i need to succeed. Best gym ever! Staff are super friendly, very helpful and always greet you with a smile! Gym is always clean, trainers are great and the classes are always LIT, especially Claudia's feel the burn!!! You literally feel the burn!! Lol
