I was visiting from out of town and decided to check this gym out honestly, it was nothing shy of amazing. The facility is super clean, the equipment is top-tier, and there’s plenty of space to get a solid workout in without feeling crowded. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall environment was motivating. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to while traveling. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or traveling looking for a great place to train.

I started training at LIFT in 2024. I immediately loved it. The gym offers 24/7 access and a sauna as well. You can easily get in touch with staff/management with any questions or concerns, they’re very responsive.
The gym is kept CLEAN and tidy at all times. The members and staff do a great job at keeping the gym and locker rooms clean. The facility includes an awesome variety of machines, they have multiple sets of dumbbells, benches, squat racks, cables, etc. so you’re never waiting. The flow and gym etiquette here is SO appreciated. The environment is great for any level lifter with any goal. I personally love to train in an environment that motivates me and that’s exactly what LIFT provides. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Membership pricing is extremely reasonable considering everything this gym offers. This has been my favorite gym to train at, I encourage anyone interested to go.

This facility is the best gym around. I have gone to this gym for 9 months now and I have always felt welcomed. The staff and the gym people are always awesome. I have been going to a lot of different gyms in the area and this by far is the best gym around. Not to mention they have two infrared saunas! There prices are very reasonable for the high quality experience you will receive at this gym. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start, looking for somewhere to go, etc. because they have all the equipment that you may need at this gym! I travel for work so stopped for a day pass. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been too. The photos on Google don’t do justice. I’ve been to old school gyms, corporate gyms, etc and none of them comes close to Lift. You can tell it’s a private gym because it has a personal touch. They have every handle you can think of, they have gymnastics rings, sleds and so on. People mind their business and the vibes are immaculate.

My Girflfriend and I visited Geneva NY recently and since we are very athletic, we are always in a gym, and needed to get some workouts in while we were visitng Geneva. Well a search came up with Live it Fitness and Training. I called and we got a day pass. We attended the gym and we were both blown away - excellent staff, great facility, amazing equipment, great value. We both wished that this gym was near by our houses in Westchester. The collection of all Matrix Equipment is over the top. First off Matrix is one of the best and two LIFT has such a big variety of thier equipment nothing is spared. I’ve been going to Lift for about 1.5 years now. Great atmosphere, people, staff and equipment! They have everything you could ever need to get a great lift in, cardio session. They also have a Sauna that I frequently use to recover from my lifts. Hard to find a gym to compare this one to - it’s very clean and inviting. My only suggestion would be for them to get more hamstring/quad machines. There’s currently one designated machine for both and is well used/frequently taken.

Amazing gym. All competition specific equipment for powerlifters. At least 5 Rogue Ohio Power Bars, Rogue calibrated plates, 8 squat racks, and 3 deadlift platforms. But most importantly the staff is friendly and encouraging. A positive environment where you’re encouraged to lift heavy and not demonized for it. Only $30/month too. Would recommended for anyone within 45 mins of the area. I drive here 25 minutes everyday because other gyms just don’t compare.

Just went to my first group fitness class here and the instructor was great, supportive. There's a nice, genuine sense of community and camaraderie among both staff and members, and it seems like a really legit place, and not a gym where you're on your own. Great looking setup too! First gym that I've actually felt like "yeah, this is the kinda place where I'd wanna learn how to lift, from ppl who are legitimately experienced, and who I can trust to give me proper corrections and coaching on form, etc." Definitely felt welcomed, and left feeling like I knew/was friends with the ppl in the class. Great experience, SUPER psyched that there's a place like this in Geneva!!!

This is the best gym around! I truly enjoy and look forward to working out there. It's super clean and has the best equipment around. But the best part about this gym is the people!!! The staff is amazing, Jess has helped me dial in my diet and made it very easy for me to not get confused or board with it. Then Jenny, shes taught me so much about how to lift properly, and has encouraged me the whole time. Jenny makes it fun but still gives you a killer work out.
