So glad I found this gem of a yoga studio. The ambiance is warm, low key and gives that small business vibe which I prefer in gyms and fitness studios. I've attended classes by several instructors but I especially love Tashya's approach and demeanor. I just wish she taught more classes here! Five stars all around.

Llamaste is a wonderful studio. I've been going regularly for two months after a very stressful work situation that was really getting me down. The atmosphere is fun, unpretentious and totally relaxing. No one's tried to make me stand on my head or chant in Sanskrit and I leave each time feeling so much calmer. Anna and Jen are lovely, Caroline does a great restorative class on Sundays, and Bill, the owner, is totally down to earth as well as a really fun teacher - I am a fan of his 70s rock playlist:) I've tried several other studios in the neighborhood, and Llamaste is by far the most low key and approachable.

My orange bag is fits EVERYTHING you need even for 105Β° Hot Yoga! A mat, a yoga mat towel, a large bath towel and change of clothes and it’s really tough and durable! The Llama is adorable! I REALLY SEARCHED for something for Hot Yoga and this was my best find!

I've only been going to Llamaste for a month or so, but my experience thus far has been great. I go specifically for their prenatal yoga classes (going to try some restorative and other types soon). Teachers Anna Lee and Anna Grotzky are just lovely; I find Anna Lee's prenatal classes especially relaxing. Bill, the owner, has been very responsive and helpful when I've emailed with questions. And the website/scheduling are also pretty easy to use compared to other yoga/pilates studios I've gone to.

Given all this and their reasonable prices, I feel very lucky to have found them! The whole place has a warm and inclusive vibe. Highly recommend.

Llamaste Family Yoga center is exactly what I needed in my life to get by this pandemic. I started yoga with them 6 months ago, and they immediately made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The teachers are very good at explaining and at making feel all people and all level included. It is a judgement free space where you can enjoy a moment for yourself and reset for the week!

Great addition to the neighborhood with fun classes for the entire family. We just started here so will update with more details.
This is our 2nd month at the studio and it's been great. The teachers are knowledgeable and offer adjustments and the facilities are clean and provide a great environment for yoga.

Bright, welcoming studio with a friendly calming vibe. I took a morning class with Melanie and left feeling energized and relaxed. It's a little tucked away but worth seeking out!

Just tried our very first family yoga class at llamaste and what a success! The class was totally age appropriate for my 6 and 8 year old and the space was bright and sunny! We will be back next week for sure!

Llamaste is simply the best! The bright, fun, and spacious studio is so inviting. The team is warm and welcoming. The studio provides a non-judgmental atmosphere where every member of the family can come to practice with ease and support. The various class offerings ensure there is an available session for every level student. They also offer fun events such as a Brunch Club and Wine Nights. Love this place!!!

LLamste’s new stuido in Carroll Gardens/Red Hook is amazing with beatiful & abundant natural light and spacious space and it is perfect for practicing Yoga with a family. They have eco-friendly yoga products dispayed in the studio. The foudner, Bill (a yoga teacher too) designed the products and select the materials for Yogis so I trust their product. I bought a few organic cotton tops for my practice. The staffs are super friendly and they welcome you like a family member. Please stop by LLmaste for any type of Yoga, or just for a cup of coffee because they have tasty coffee all the time.

I came for the grand opening with my yoga buddy and we were welcomed kindly into this space. We comfortably fit 4 in the class, and Bill led us through an hour long vinyasa flow class which I really enjoyed. He has a great, very kind energy, and leads through the movements with ease, with some assistance in adjusting us along the way. I brought my own mat, but he had mats available there too. I believe the space will be used also for one-on-one sessions/private classes. It’s small and cozy but nicely decorated and cute. The clothing he has available is adorable with the yogi llama. After our class we enjoyed some grand-opening refreshments and got to know each other. It was a great evening for us all. I really enjoyed it.

Excellent yoga teacher who knows how to teach properly both Hawtha and Vinyasa. I attended one of the free classes and enjoyed it. I am interested in joining his paid class, it's like $40 a month or something? He also sells very cool yoga bags and equipment. His logo is a Llama, so the pun is Llamaste as opposed to Namaste. Very clever, and Dumbo is a cool and convenient area too. #Llamaste
