I have been regularly weight training for about 20 years when I decided to get a personal trainer and despite my experience, Aaron taught me quite a lot, helping me improve my strength, stamina, and ability. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend him to folks who are just beginning to train and those who consider themselves a veteran.

If you're looking for a trainer than has a realistic perspective on fitness, is flexible in his approach, truly listens to his clients, isn't overly aggressive or pushy, and celebrates your small victories, Aaron is your guy. I trained with him for over 2 years and sadly had to leave because I moved. Throughout my time with him I got stronger, learned a ton about my body and about general fitness and gained a friend too. Aaron is just the kind of trainer you need to round out your wellness journey.

Third time is the charm! I am a 58 year old grandmother who is on a 100+ weightloss journey with the help of Mounjaro (66 lbs down so far). My doctor told me that strength training is crucial with Mounjaro as I could potentially lose a lot of muscle in addition to fat. I first tried an online coach but found that I got a lot of "canned" information that felt like spam, not individualized to me. I then tried an in-house coach but found after a few sessions that it was not immersive enough with me not even breaking a sweat during the hour long strength training sessions, no cardio and no nutrition guidance (contrary to the website). THEN... I backtracked to Longevity Strength and Fitness and have finally found EXACTLY what I need. Aaron is such a patient, kind, encouraging trainer. There is literally nothing that I feel that he could add to my program. He is not afraid to push me (I leave each session drenched!), educates me on how to have proper form, etc., has provided me with a ton of valuable nutrional, tracking, cardio information already and I'm only a bit over a week in with him. The semi-private gym is perfect for me, with his one-on-one instruction (3x weekly). I already feel stronger and have more energy (no kidding!). Whole-heartedly recommend Aaron - such a super great guy and amazing coach! A+

I have trained with Aaron both in group settings and one-on-one, and he is great with both. He pays strict attention to form to be sure you get the most out of your workout. And he still finds a way to make hard work fun.

Aaron has been my trainer since August of 2020. In that time, he has been instrumental in my fitness progression. After years of failed workout routines attempted on my own, I realized I needed someone to be held accountable to, as well as to ensure the exercises I was doing were appropriate and worked all the different muscle groups.
Aaron constructed many routines for me based on the criteria I had, as well as his assessments and my feedback in subsequent weeks of each cycle. He has also been extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I’ve had along the way, and is more than willing to work with me to achieve the results I’m looking for.
If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly trainer to assist with and motivate you along your own fitness journey, I highly recommend Aaron!

Aaron does an amazing job as a personal trainer! I have worked out on my own for many years and continue to do so along with working out with Aaron twice a week. Aaron has taught me the importance of good form as well as the importance of strength training as I get older. I can say that after almost a year of training with Aaron, I feel stronger and I’m more aware of my health and nutrition on a daily basis thanks to Aaron’s coaching. Aaron is very patient and puts together individualized, challenging workouts to target your entire body. He is excellent at what he does and, as his mom, I couldn’t be more proud of him!!😘

I cannot speak to Aaron with history of being his client, but as a mentee. When I became a trainer and hired at my first gym, I met Aaron when he assigned as my mentor trainer while I was oriented to the gym. I owe so much of my knowledge (and my love for deadbugs IYKYK lol) to him!
Aaron is an incredibly knowledgeable, functionally focused trainer who always has a purpose behind the programming he creates for his clients. While it is impossible for him to know everything, he is never shy to take the time and do research if needed, so he can create helpful programming for his clients, regardless of their need and/or injury.
If I ever needed to recommend my clients to another trainer, Aaron would be my first choice.
