I have tried working out on my own and it just didn't stick. FBBC works because the coaches are amazing. They believe in you and they get the very best out of you. The groups are small so they can watch your form and make corrections or modifications. FBBC proves that you don't need to work out for hours every day. Give them 30 minutes per workout and you are well on your way to becoming a stronger, fitter you. I highly recommend FBBC.

I’ve been going her just over a year and I love it!!! I’ve lost 35lbs and 34.5 inches off my body. And I’m 67 so if I can do it with my injuries so can you. They help you to adjust to all your needs. It’s my second family!!!!

Fantastic workout in just 30 quick minutes, hitting all the key muscles, getting the heart pumping too. Every day is different and fun. Coaches are very encouraging and supporting and wonderful at offering modifications too. Such a great vibe and team feel, I'm loving how I feel after a month here.
And 6 month later I love it even more, thr family is growing and classes are a great workout.

The thing about fitness is you gotta find a thing you love and just keep at it. I found a thing I love at LCFBBC! I enjoy the variety of sessions and that the coaches listen to your needs. If you want to be pushed, they will push you! The community and encouragement from everyone makes you want to keep going back!

Fit body boot camp is where it’s at! I would spend an hour in the gym doing cardio and just not motivated to do anything else. Here in just 30 mins I get even more done and I’m held accountable! The coaches are awesome, super helpful, 100% the besttt! Super thankful for FBBC #Familyon3

Joined FBBC because I needed motivation, accountability, and structure to get moving again! And I get all of that at Lyndon Corners. Workouts are different every day; 30 minutes of rotating through 3-4 stations with 2-3 exercises at each. Whether the exercise is easy or hard, I only have to face it for 30-45 seconds before resetting for the next activity. All body types welcome - modifications are offered and encouraged as needed. Judgement free gym. Have met some really nice people; everyone’s very friendly and high fives fly regularly. Thanks for helping me get back on track LCFBBC!

Honestly, the perfect way to say it is:
A lot of flexibility… with a lot of accountability… and a VERY ‘QUICK SETTING’ ITCH to get back for the next workout. I don’t do Google Reviews… but I REALLY enjoy everything this place has to offer; so if my one comment is enough to encourage a teetering person to go check it out, then that’s the motivation behind my review: To encourage others to come find the same enjoyment, strength, and healthy results as I did.

30 minutes fly by, and the coaches are extremely attentive to proper form and offer alternates for physical limitations. They actually care. They learn about you and your needs/goals. Love FBBC! (For perspective, I am a very sedate and lazy senior.)

I started this week, and I already feel like I have a new family. This is an efficient and effective 30-minute workout that I can do for myself before I spring into mom, wife and coworker mode. The facility is brand new and beautiful. Everything is sparkling clean. The coaches are so friendly, motivating, and also happy to push when you need a little push (and we all need a little push sometimes!). I’m hooked and I want everyone to know what a gem Jen and Mike are building at this new location. I needed a change from the basement workouts I started during COVID, and LCFBBC is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! 🧡
