Great personal trainers! I did training sessions with Josh and it was a great experience. He's extremely knowledable, an encouraging motivator, and creative with workouts so it never feels tedious. If you are looking to make a life change but lack the motivation, Shaunta & Josh are the way to go!! Not only are they affordable but they are so fun and personable that they make working out a part of the week you actually look forward to! The best personal trainers in New York state! For over a decade I've wasted money with overly expensive trainers who really don't care about you as a person. From my experience a lot of other trainers usually had the same routine/plan for most clients. At Mack strength I was given a complete individualized plan that was tailor made for me. I started my first workout last December at 262 lbs. I'm now down to 215. I was given a diet plan, advice on what to do in my daily life and IT REALLY WORKED. Give it a try and you will see the differences compared to your average gym trainers

You can request any type of fitness plan you desire. My goal was weight loss. I have friends and family that train for overall strength, body building, weight loss, cardio, you name it,. Mack strength is very cost effective and you never feel like your just another check mark on the daily agenda. I've seen people of all ages from teenagers to elderly people attend, so its never too late or too early to get healthy. The best part for me is every workout is a personal session with nobody else around. When I first started attempting to get healthy again, a huge issue for me was being embarrassed to have multiple people around me during workouts.. Which is the usual public gym setting. at M.S. it's just you and your trainer (Josh/Shaunta), there is no worries about anyone spectating,. Jpsh and Shaunra are great, extremely kind people. If you're new you will never feel embarrassed during a workout. You can go at a pace that's comfortable for you!

The food and ice cream are a huge bonus. Their meals are restaurant level quality. Believe it or not they make their own ice cream, and its more delicious and healthier than anything you can purchase in a store
