I have been training at Malik Haynes Fitness since July 2023. I have lost at least 20 pounds and feel stronger, faster, and healthier. I even stopped snoring because I shed all the extra weight since training with Malik (the owner).

It is "personal" training, but you may also train with others depending on how many people he trains at any time. However, Malik does well at tailoring the workouts to fit all his clients and motivates us to work together to complete exercises. He also offers boot camps and one-time group classes.

It is worth the investment, and working out with Malik helps me stay focused on my goals. I know Malik will challenge me to reach new limits. Come and get swole in Hollis!

This was my 1st time working with a trainer and I definitely chose the right place to start, Malik was very patient with me from the start and eased me into each workout and also gave me a meal plan to follow. The Gym is sooo clean and beautiful and the atmosphere is very professional. Everyone is cool even the other Girls that train there. I love working out here and feel comfortable and more confident now. Malik got me to recognizable results in 3 weeks!!

MH Fitness was just what I needed to start my journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Malik is such a pleasure to work with. The workouts are challenging and designed to achieve the objectives. I signed up for the 30mins 16 session package and my results are amazing. The gym is very clean and loaded with equipments. I would definitely recommend Malik as a trainer.

I started off with the no limit bootcamp classes and saw significant improvement. I love the variety of exercises that are involved. Very intense, but in a good way. My weight is down, my mindset with eating has changed and I feel great. I highly recommend!

I'm currently doing one-on-one sessions and I love the tailored routine he provides. He pushes you, which is what I need. Another highly recommend!

Getting up every day and wanting to work out is not an easy process, but Malik makes the workout a mixture of fun and hard work that eventually forms a routine or activity that I look forward to. Along with all of this I have gained so much strength, I am much healthier, less cellulite, more energetic, my skin is cleaner with fewer acne outbreaks and overall a better looking body,
And it wasn’t just a workout routine. I was given a meal plan, which was extremely helpful in getting me to my goals. I couldn’t have made a better investment with my money.

First, I would like to say the aesthetics of Malik Haynes Fitness Center is gorgeous; it feels as if you are in an upscale gym right in the heart of Hollis, Queens. The professionalism of the Owner, Malik, and all the trainers is superior; they make you feel welcome and comfortable in the gym. I’ve been training with King for approx. 3 yrs. and it was the best decision that I’ve made. He motivates you to give your best throughout your session with him, even if he has to annoy you and ask you for extra reps, or create a joke to lighten up the mood. You will leave your session feeling like a new person than when you walked in. King's training method may be intense at times, but I can honestly say I have seen a change in my body due to the extensive workout routine. I will continue to brag about my trainer Dr. King and Malik’s Fitness Center to my friends and family because this is where you need to be to start your fitness journey.

It’s a lot to put in to words how much Malik and MHfitness changed my short term fitness goals to long term life changes. I think that’s where the value comes in, he can get you right for the summer but more importantly he can prepare you for your life long fitness goals with great knowledge, understanding and patience. The biggest change he helped me with wasn’t just the work out but the change in my mentality to appreciate the work and understand it’s about more than the scale and just overall health and fitness. During my time there I started at 330 and dropped to 265. Trust the process and trust in MH fitness

I wish I could give more stars... I found MH fitness on social media and after watch a few videos of his work I took a leap of faith and reached out. I was so afraid to take steps to getting a personal trainer but Malik made it so easy. He customized my workouts to the areas I want to target, and provided a easy to follow meal plan. So far after 1 week of training I have already seen results and dropped 4 pounds. I'm excited to continue this journey!

Personal Trainer Malik is the TRUTH! I am grateful that I found him on Groupon like 2yrs ago. God has a way of placing you right where you need to be & around the right people at the right time. Since the 1st workout Malik encouraged me to accept the fact that I have it in me to do more, to lift more, to push myself more and obliterate my places of comfort and Level Up! Although I knew I was strong mentally and physically there is something wonderful and self satisfying about going to a greater level- Which is what Malik will have you do!
I made the decision to go with Malik as my P.T., because:
1. Every workout is felt by every muscle in my body. I know I’m working.
2. I don’t feel like I’m in the military or disrespected but with a PT who sees my potential and says “ I know you can do it”!
3. He offers realistic nutrition & direction for reaching weight release goals!
