Today I took Dena’s class on Meditation. It was wonderful. As always the class was designed so that students of different levels, abilities and interests would benefit. Along with some history she taught us several different methods of meditation. I was very pleasantly surprised that one of the methods especially resonated with me and that I was able to fully experience the beautiful state of letting go. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Dena of Mandala Moon for everything you do for your customers.

I asked my daughter her favorite part of yoga class and she said Everything! I think she loves the variety I'm each class.

I booked an appointment for my husband for his first massage ever. He suffers from PTSD and several forms of anxiety as well as other physical issues. Juliana went above and beyond to be very accomidating for him and his needs. He had the most relaxing massage ever from Juliana. This place is extremely clean and very accommodating. Prices are affordable and not overpriced like other places. I definitely recommend this hidden gem in Marcellus.

I never thought yoga was a thing I’d actually enjoy or be able to do especially since I never have been one to even work out. I signed up for the beginners 6 week series class with Dena to test it out due to chronic pain and needing some outlet for stress, and I am now obsessed. I cannot say how much in just a few weeks class makes me feel better both physically and mentally. I plan to continue attending on going classes and I’ve even been motivated enough to try and do it once or twice a week at home by myself! I highly recommend!

As I entered my 60s, my flexibility became an issue. Started yoga here once a week and noticed a big improvement in sleep, mobility and flexibility. And I’m in a better mood! The instructors are top-notch, the atmosphere is fun and engaging. My only regret is that I wish I had started years ago.

A treasure in CNY! Peaceful, balanced and energized...sounds incongruent but describes how I feel after a yoga class! The workshops have also provided me with opportunities for personal and intellectual exploration and growth. The studio additionally offers a variety of complementary health-promoting and healing practices(hooping, dancing, massage...) you can check out on the website. The owner, Dena is warm, welcoming and a talented teacher whose gifts include leaving you wanting to return for more! Treat yourself...you'll love the experience!

I can NOT say enough about MMY! I was not into yoga. I had never done yoga. But after someone said something to me about a "gong bath" I was curious and found one at MMY. I found it so welcoming, with such an amazing vibe, that I can now say proudly, "I'm TOTES a yoga person!" Not only that, but I received my Reiki Master Certificate there as well. With any business the success comes from the top. Dena is an amazing, open, woo-woo wonder that owns the biz and her dedication and commitment to her friends (clients) is evident in everything she does. She has many different classes and events, on top of yoga classes. If you want a change, need a new direction, or just want to soak in some positive bliss, MMY is were you want to head. Not to mention that any biz that has dogs, is my kinda place to be.

I wish I could rate 10 stars! On a whim I reached out to Mandala Moon Yoga to see if I could schedule an in-home yoga session for a bachelorette I was hosting, and working with Dena was fantastic. Dena came to our Air BnB and taught in the middle of three rooms (which I'm sure was difficult) since the space was so small, and brought mats and straps for us to use.
I'm not a bendy person, and have never done Yoga. Dena was able to communicate so well that from beginner to advanced, we were all engaged and having fun. Dena even threw some Game of Thrones references into the yoga session (theme of the bachelorette was GoT). Everyone from the bachelorette RAVED about Dena for the rest of the weekend, and we all agree that was the highlight of the weekend! I wish I lived closer, because you would have gained yourself a new member. Dena sparked an interest in Yoga in me that I never knew I had! I wish Dena would have stayed with us and partied :)

I am so happy that Mandala Moon Yoga is in Marcellus. I've been looking for a yoga studio to call home for a long time and it exceeds all of my expectations. The instructors, the space, the dogs, the selection of classes and workshops...it's all kind of magical.
