My three year old listens and is eager to go to class! It’s the first thing he really has connected to! The teacher to kid ratio is fantastic. Ton of little corrections and encouragement, no kid is wondering what to do or goes without an adult instructor.
Ex, a kid was having a tough time and a teacher was consoling them, letting them be part of the class. This is exactly what my three year old needed & we are so happy with ALL the teachers! Great job! I also love the balancing and body connection. Thank you!

Excellent place to learn Tae Kwon Do. Excellent instructors, good people. Master Gorino will push you to be great. As a 9th degree black belt, he has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. He trained under the late and great Grand Master Park. It doesn't get any better than that. My son has been a student for over 10 years.

Master Gorino's has been amazing! They made an awkward/intimidating experience enjoyable. All the instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable; if you're having trouble with a technique, there's always an instructor right there to help you correct it, yet they're never judgemental or condescending about it. All the students have been welcoming and friendly and there truly is a family atmosphere. They are very accommodating of physical and other disabilities, yet everyone is fully included in every aspect of classes and the martial arts discipline, and encouraged to exceed their limits in ways that are safe yet challenging. I don't think there's a better place for both novices and experienced practicioners of the martial arts to begin or further their study.

I cannot recommend Master Gorino's highly enough. I would give them 100 stars if I could. They incorporate how the student is doing in school and at home into the curriculum. They teach students much more than just martial arts. My son has been in the program for almost a year and he has more confidence in himself than he did a year ago, he cleans up after himself (with reminders), and he is doing fantastic in school. The instructors and staff are the friendliest, most respectful people I have ever met. We celebrated my son's birthday there just yesterday and it was definitely the best party we've ever had! So glad I made this investment in his future. Pil sung!

Great place for learning how to exercise and hone your body, if you make 50k+ a year. It's the best Karate Mill in Buffalo, but still a "Karate Mill." They charge you large amounts of money for small goods or services every step of the way; just like every other school. The staff all instruct you a bit different, which can be very helpful and sometimes confusing. And so progress toward honing a single technique can be very slow. Master Gorino holds his own local tournament, where he rakes it in. He encouraged me to go, and even gave me a discounted price. Later on for the next one, he announced to the class and newcomers that the first one is always free. Mine wasn't. Shady business were they act like they're supporting you. You may think the few thousand dollars in tuition is doable, but it quickly climbs by hundreds of dollars to continue - with mandatory participation in purchases. Master Gorino is an excellent role model; one who talks to you equally and wisely. He teaches valuable and easy to digest life lessons as you go. The environment is great, and the staff members are very friendly. Very good environment for children to learn discipline and start the martial arts at a young age. I've learned enough of basics and intermediate to take that knowledge to Youtube to further my knowledge. That may sound dumb, but if you study for enough years and hone your body, then it can certainly be done effectively. I'm done with the abusive relationships that "Karate Mills" offer.

Master Gorino's is an excellent school! He is flexible and very respectful, with a great sense of humor. It really helps build respect in the dojang but also for home and school. One day I was randomly invited by a friend to attend a women’s self defense class! I loved it so much that I joined and am now a yellow-stripe Tae kwon do artist! I still believe taking my daughter to Master Gorinos was one of the best decisions I've ever made for her sake. They are so amazing with her and take the time to work with her. She has grown exponentially since joining the MG TKD family and I know she will continue to grow. We love and respect the instructors and you can tell that they love teaching. What can I say. Taking my daughter to Master Gorino's was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My daughter has ADHD and ODD and while I always knew that martial arts was going to help, it took awhile to convince her of that. Even though we've only been a part of the family for 2ish weeks, I can already notice a difference. It's really subtle right now and I know the changes will get more and more noticeable as time goes on, but it's still there. They are extremely patient with her, even on bad days. Master Gorino and the other instructors try everything to engage her and build up her confidence with positive reinforcement, all while teaching her respect. I know that the right decision was made bringing her to Master Gorino's because of his massive amount of experience, both with children, and with Tae Kwon Do. Thank you!!

What impresses me the most about Master Gorino's school is the caliber of instruction. Where to begin. I love going to the dojang to see my tae-kwondo family. I have learned so much from Master Gorino, the AMAZING black belts, the AWESOME color belts, my family, and myself.
