I can’t say enough good things about The MAX Challenge! The trainers are absolutely amazing — so motivating, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Every workout is full of energy and encouragement. I also love that there are so many class times throughout the day, which makes it so easy to fit into any schedule. The whole atmosphere is so positive and welcoming — it’s truly like being part of a fitness family. If you’re thinking about joining, do it — you’ll be so glad you did!

I was a member of Maxx Challenge before pandemic in Great Kills . I am so grateful to find Rossville the instructors are so professional correcting form when needed . Members are all friendly. It’s a great gym !!!!

Couldn’t be more happy with the experience here at the MAX challenge of Woodrow! I was personally looking for something in a group/team environment to help keep me motivated and this provided exactly that! Everyone here is amazing the instructors are highly motivating and keep the energy high! If you stay with it and give it a 110% you will definitely see progress in your fitness journey!

Re-entering the fitness world after quite a few years (and kids) was intimidating to say the last. My friend told me about the program and I went for a trial class. I was hooked the first day. All the classes are different and I ever never get bored. The instructors are all great at encouraging you, pushing you, modifying for you and making sure you leave feeling accomplished. The Max is changing my life one class at a time!

I absolutely LOVE The Max! It’s a great fit for my super busy schedule. I go at 5am and in 45 minutes I’ve gotten an excellent workout in. Instructors are amazing and I love my crew that keeps me pumped! I would highly recommend!

Great and doable workouts for any age. Clean room, energetic instructors. I recently move away and continue participating online. If I cant make the time I get the link for the recording to do when it works for me. I feel strong and more energized, which helped with my move.

I had contemplated joining the 5/10 week challenge before but was hesitant to join such a structured workout. But I talked myself into giving it a try (its only 5 weeks) and absolutely loved it! The trainers are great, they are motivating and create challenging workouts! I recommend giving it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

TRY IT- YOU'LL LIKE IT I can't believe how much I love coming here every day. -6am. Liz and Linda are so authentic, supportive and encouraging. These classes are for everyone -beginners and experienced. Young and old. I am pretty self motivated in most areas of my life but for some reason when it comes to exercise, I need someone to tell me what to do and how to do it. Plus working out as a group brings it to a whole new level. Come, work out, make new friends and get the results in this judgment-free happy place.

I joined the Max in April 2016 and completed my first challenge last week. I first heard of the Max when one of my friends liked it on Facebook. I was very curious, made a phone call and decided - why not try it. It was a great decision. I had joined many different gyms, went and rode a bike and never returned. This was so different and truly exciting to me. I can truly say I went from standing doing much of what I needed to do - to doing sit ups and keeping up for the most part. The Max has helped me push myself to what I feel comfortable doing. I have so much more energy!!! The first time we did line drills I wanted to sneak out and not do it. For someone who doesn't like to be in them limelight and just stay in the back, I have to tell you the girls/guys of the 8:30am Woodrow glass kept me coming back. You couldn't meet a nicer group of people and for that I am grateful.
The instructors Erika and Linda helped me so much and I thank them for always being there for me and never judging. Roseann, the owner, was wonderful to me and I thank them all for their help and friendship.
So if you have not done this type of program I urge you to get up and do it - a 10 week challenge and 45 minutes of your day and you won't be disappointed!!!!!
