Max Level Fitness & Athletics is a science-based training facility for fitness professionals, adults and youth athletes - the ones who make working out, sports performance, and health a lifestyle. Whether you’re new to fitness, a rising youth competitor, or a lifelong athlete, if you’re serious about training, MLFA is the place for you.
We’re not your everyday gym - we’re expert coaches and trainers running independent businesses, adults staying strong and aging well, and athletes training to safely outperform the competition. And we’re ALL here to reach our MAX Level.

Can’t say enough good things about Max Level! The instructors make classes fun while pushing you beyond your perceived limits, with great tips on form and technique. I love how they build in cycles of harder and easier weeks to keep training sustainable. The community here is so positive. Not sure I could return to a regular gym again.

I have been going to Tonya and Nate’s gym for years, and there isn’t a better workout in Saratoga. Each instructor at Max Level makes you feel motivated and supported while being pushed outside your comfort zone. We went for our son’s 8th birthday. We had 26 kids there for obstacle course, dodgeball, tug-o-war, knockout and sled pushing. The Max Level team took great care of us. If you are looking for a place for a kids birthday this is a great option.

I am not a morning person, but I look forward to my 8am workouts with Danielle at Max Level Fitness! The groups typically vary in age and fitness level and Danielle constantly individualizes in order to fit everyone's specific needs. She always corrects form in a way that makes sense and prevents injury. Danielle makes me laugh and at the same time motivates me to work harder. I had the incredible fortune of meeting Coach Danielle two years ago when I decided to train for obstacle course racing. I cannot express enough how exceptional the experience has been.
Her expertise, dedication, and support have truly elevated my performance to level far beyond where it was after 15 years of working with other trainers.
Danielle meticulously tailored a training program to prepare me for Spartan races, and her workouts are extremely well thought out. Despite my numerous injuries (most of which are self inflicted), Danielle always seems to find a way around them by altering the exercises/skills while still giving me an intense and productive workout. There is probably nothing more challenging to a trainer than working with a 59 year old client who thinks he is still 29, but Danielle is able to rise to the challenge and help me achieve my goals. She is an outstanding coach, trainer, and person! I truly enjoy working out with Danielle !

Joining Max Level fitness was the best thing that happened as the result of the covid pandemic. My gym closed and I finally decided to get out of my comfort zone and join. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to handle the workouts,. With the help of Toyna, and Tara and all the trainers I’ve been able to modify through an issue and still have been able to workout 5 days a week. I’ve proven to myself that anything is possible, it’s your own mind that keeps you from succeeding. I highly recommend you try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Max Level is like my favourite clubs in Berlin. Full of sadists, masochists, and psychopaths that I love dearly. Leaving Max Level after an hour's workout is like stumbling out of Berghain at 5am... you are sore, high, and feel fantastic!

I’ve been training with Danielle, Tanya, Tara, and sometimes Nate since I moved back from LA about 1.5 years ago. Being a former yoga, barre, and HIIT instructor myself, I tend to have a high bar for what I expect out of how a class and/or training is run. The Max Level fitness trainers exceed my already high expectations. I feel so much more comfortable in the weight room since I started working out at MLF and feel STRONG and fit in the exact ways I had been seeking. They provide an inclusive atmosphere, equally meeting you where you are that day while also recognizing your strengths to motive you to push further. I was intimated before walking through the doors the first time and immediately felt I was in a judgement free zone when I walked in and took my first class. The community of people in classes are welcoming as well.

I have had a superb experience here. I wanted to wait for a full year of attending before commenting although from day one I’ve been thrilled with them. I love coming here. It's the best, most uplifting and most challenging work out I have tried in the region. If I could go every day, I would. Tonya and Nate (and all of their instructors/coaches) are so incredibly positive and skilled. The spirit and energy there is special. Aside from a challenging and vigorous work out, there is a real awareness of community and team spirit, people are there to help each other, cheer each other on and achieve the goals together, no matter what level you are at. I think you won't always find that in a gym or a training center. They take the time to answer questions and pay attention to the individual. They take the time to know you.
