I am a senior citizen who loves the arthritic relief that swimming provides me. The lifeguards are friendly and seem to care about people. The communication about pool closings which come up is very poor. Very disappointing to drive in and then find out that the pool isn't open. Calling ahead also doesn't work. Community members don't get any notice. When the pool is open, the experience there is fine.

Received both doses of the Covid vaccine here. The process is run very professional, I was there for my scheduled tone and got in and out in about a half hour each time, that's including the 15 minute observation period after administering the shot. Very impressed!!

Potsdam, SUNY college, for vaccine, a long drive from Rochester to get the vaccine. Parking lot was full. Sports activity center turned into vaccine booths, was well managed, huge number of staff, it was fast, easy, bathrooms were clean. The drive back, although I didn't do was very tiring.

Excellent set up for am workouts. Crowded with appx 40 people inside but i have never worked out after 12 so the crowds are always small and a little bit older.
Good range of abilities and staff always on hand during the week to answer questions/assist.
Overall: good flow with machine set up and everything you could need for heavy/light lifting and range of cardio equipment.

Wow first time there. Awesome gym facility. They have wall climbing, in the gym that I was at to watch volleyball. Not sure how many other gyms there were but I seen two others as well, a full sized pool, therapy room, workout room and bathrooms/changerooms upstairs and downstairs (handicap accessible).
