Michael has helped me so much. I came to his strength training sessions not confident in my abilities and unsure of what to expect. He was patient and kind and helped me realize the little steps will make a difference and that I am capable if I keep trying and working at it. Not only does he care about how I progress but he cares about me personally and making sure I’m doing ok along the way. I had been interested in finding a personal trainer for a while and a friend introduced me to Michael C. I have been traing with him for months.
I have issues with my knee and back. With this information, Michael reached out to a Physical Therapist that he knew to make sure that the excercises he was giving me did not cause any additional trauma to my knee. He is very goal-oriented and always motivates me.
He genuinely cares about my well-being & pushes me to do better than I think I can to reach my goals. I am not a person who sees the best in their body image; Michael reminds me to focus on the little changes I have made along the way.
My experience with Michael has been positive. He is knowledgeable and always makes sure to explain each exercise clear and concise. His enthusiasm and encouragement keep me motivated throughout my sessions. Working with Michael I have improved my strength and endurance. The gym where he works is well-equipped and has a friendly atmosphere.

Michael is the best! We have been working together for about a year now and I have improved more than I thought possible! He is the perfect amount of supportive and motivational. I have been working with Mike for the past few months. He is an excellent trainer. He asks your goals upfront and tailors exercises to work towards them. His sessions are well planned and he tracks your progress regularly. He communicates openly and focuses on form more than anything. If he notices that a certain exercise or machine is not targeting the intended muscle group, he is quick to make changes to help you get the right form. Because of my short height, I often struggle with some machines but Mike has innovative ways to help me get the right posture on the machines. He has patiently worked with me through out my pregnancy to help increase joint mobility and maintain my overall strength. He is personable which makes the sessions even more enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to work on getting stronger and fitter.

I came to Michael with the specific goal of preparing for the Air Force Special Warfsre fitness test. We increased my strength and cardio so that I was confident in my abilities to pass the test.
